Effects Of Sansheng Tiaozhishu On The Biochemical Indexes Related To H-type Hypertension With Mutual Inhibition Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:Application hoped tiaozhi shu in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis of TCM transresistance H patients with high blood pressure,observe its TCM symptoms and serum homocysteine levels(HCY),c-reactive protein(CRP),urine trace albumin ratio(UMR),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood uric acid(UA),and other biochemical indexes,the effects of evaluation of junior tiaozhi shu of phlegm and blood stasis transresistance H the curative effect of treatment of hypertension,expand the clinical application of the stroke of tiaozhi shu,To provide more traditional Chinese medicine intervention means for the prevention and treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods:100 patients with H-type blood pressure with mutual inhibition of phlegm and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases each.The control group was given antihypertensive treatment in accordance with the guidelines,with folic acid tablets of 5mg/ day,taken orally.The treatment group was treated with sansheng tiaozhi shu(sansheng tiaozhi shu)on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Before and after treatment,patients in both groups were recorded with TCM symptoms,Hcy and other physical and chemical indicators,safety indicators,etc.,and the data of the two groups were statistically processed and analyzed.Results:1.Symptom indicators of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,dizziness(pain),chest pain and chest pain were improved in both groups,and the improvement of dizziness (pain),chest pain,vomiting saliva,head weight,chest pain and chest pain in the treatmentgroup was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).2.Homocysteine: HCY in both groups improved after treatment,but the improvement of HCY in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.01).3.Other physical and chemical indicators: after treatment,TG and ldl-c were improved in both groups,but the improvement of TG in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).The improvement of TC,ldl-c and UA in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Safety indicators: there was no significant statistical difference in AST,ALT,BUN and SCR before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sansheng tiaozhishu can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of H type patients with mutual inhibition of phlegm and blood stasis,and the efficacy is better than that of the control group.2.Sansheng tiaozhishu can reduce the serum homocysteine(Hcy)level in patients with phlegm-blood stasis cross-blocking h-type hypertension.3.Sansheng zhishu can reduce the Hcy level of h-type hypertension and improve metabolic disorders such as dyslipidemia and high uric acid,as well as the reduction of urinary microalbumin.4.Sansheng tiaozhi shu has no damage to liver and kidney functions and is safe.
