Cancer as one of the major diseases affecting. The quality of life and health. In our country, the incidence and mortality of cancer continue to rise every year.At this stage, scientists have a certain understanding of the occurrence and development of tumors at the molecular level.bladder cancer(BC)is currently the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system and one of the top ten common tumors in the whole body, accounting for the first incidence of urogenital tumors in china.men are more common.the proportion of men and women is about 4:1,and the average age of onset is about 60 years old.The incidence of bladder cancer in the National Oncology Register region was 6.61/100,000 in 2012,including the incidence of malignant tumors Number 11.Around 150 a year worldwide About 1,000 people died of bladder cancer.Bladder cancer can occur at any age, even in children. At present, bladder cancer is on the rise, which seriously threatens people's health. At present, the detection of BC is mainly cystoscopy and pathological biopsy, but cystoscopy is a kind of invasive examination, which is painful and has the risk of bleeding and infection. Therefore,it is necessary to find some sensitive and specific examination methods,to explore more ideal early diagnosis markers of bladder cancer,to assist cystoscopy Examination and pathological biopsy make the early diagnosis of bladder cancer more accurate, simple, low trauma, economical, has become a common indicator of screening and diagnosis. However, the common urine exfoliation cytology of bladder cancer is susceptible to many factors, which leads to the phenomenon of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in patients with malignant bladder tumor. So there are some difficulties in judging bladder tumor.Heat shock protein(heat shock protein,HSP)is produced under the condition of cell stress in the body.It is the most conserved group of structurally similar proteins with molecular chaperone function and is involved in apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation, cell cycle regulation.nodes and protein folding and other processes,at the same time has a special role in malignant transformation.heat shock protein(HSP)is involved in tumorigenesis, proliferation and other processes.Heat shock protein 90?(HSP90?)in the HSP family can be continuously detected in the peripheral blood of bladder cancer patients, and its level is associated with benign and malignant tumors and whether there is distant metastasis.HSP90? is a molecular chaperone involved in the stability of many client proteins,Including androgen receptors and apoptotic inhibitory proteins, making HSP90? an attractive molecular therapeutic target for bladder cancer.Hence, exploring HSP90? and bladder cancer, the relationship of development,or combined with other auxiliary indicators,it has important research value and social significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of bladder cancer. Objective:To explore the relationship between heat shock protein-90?(HSP-90?)and the occurrence of human bladder cancer,to use Hsp90? as a new diagnostic method, and to explore the clinical value of combining plasma HSP-90? and other diagnostic methods for bladder cancer.it has multiple clinical significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of bladder cancer, and provides new ideas for its clinical application.Method:Selected 22 patients with bladder cancer diagnosed by pathology,20 non-specific cystitis and 15 healthy checkers(control group)from september 2018 to september 2019.plasma HSP-90alevels,i.e.HSP90? monoclonal antibody(mAb)E7(mouse source),horseradish peroxidase(HRP)labeled HSP90?monoclonal antibody),heat shock protein quantitative detection kit(yantai proji biotech company),were measured by double antibody sandwich method, and operated strictly according to kit instructions.Detection and D of Citrate Antigen by Microwave(DAB)colour.Known bladder cancer positive as positive control,PBS solution instead of one antibody as negative control. At the same time, combined with the detection of urinary cytology markers(UC)or cystoscopy, all confirmed cases of bladder cancer were pathologically examined, and the characteristics of these examination methods were compared and analyzed. Results:The plasma HSP-90a levels of patients with bladder cancer group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups. There was no significant difference in plasma HSP90? levels among patients with different sex, age, family history of bladder tumor and recent drinking history(P>0.05).The difference in plasma HSP90a levels of patients with different TNM stages and metastasis was statistically significant(P>0.05).(Table 2)HSP90a expression was significantly associated with bladder cancer stage, grade,it suggesting that bladder cancer was a tumor with HSP90 PCR expression.HSP90 p expression can reflect the differentiation status and malignancy of bladder cancer cells, which are related to the depth of tumor infiltration, and is expected to be a valuable evaluation index for diagnosis and prognosis. Conclusion:Increased plasma HSP-90? expression may be closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.Combined detection of plasma HSP-90? or urinary desolvation cytology is of great significance the early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
