| Objective The method of bibliometrics and network pharmacology is used to study the characteristics of the syndrome treatment of baihu decoction,comprehensive scientific interpretation of the baihu decoction and its related provisions,which provides reference for the clinical application and related research of the prescription.Methods With Chinese knowledge resource pool(CNKI)collected by the side of white tiger decoction for statistical sources of related research literature,by using descriptive statistics and co-occurrence analysis,visualization software reusing Cite Space5.6.R2 and VOSviewer through the co-occurrence network analysis method to the author,issuing agency and the high frequency keywords for clustering analysis,computer retrieval China knowledge resource pool(CNKI)literature database,get the published literature,collecting relevant literature about baihu decoction,retrieval time are limited to 2020,1949,retrieval date of January 10,2020,The CNKI retrieval condition is set as advanced retrieval,the newspaper is excluded by cross-library selection,and the retrieval topic is "baihu decoction".In order to avoid the loss of interdisciplinary literature information,only newspron-type literature in CNKI was excluded,so as to facilitate the later statistical analysis of relevant literature authors and source journals.Through network pharmacologic analysis,the active ingredients of baihu decoction were screened by combining pharmacokinetics parameters such as oral availability and pharmacodynamics through the TCM data platform(TCMSP).The correlation of candidate active targets was predicted by protein database.The organ localization of the target was analyzed by tissue and organ specific attribution analysis.The pathway of the target was analyzed by biological information annotation database,and the material basis and mechanism of the baihu decoction were analyzed.Results Bibliometrics analysis showed that 1545 articles were retrieved from relevant journals by CNKI.After screening,49 duplicates,irrelevant to the topic and no authors were deleted,and 1496 articles were finally included.A total of 1496 documents were included,and the number of documents increased year by year.Seven research teams were formed,and no obvious cooperative group was formed among the research institutions.But some trends in cooperation;The research topic mainly involves the white tiger soup and the heat-clearing agent,the medicine composition and the symptom research is in the stable trend.Conclusion the research on baihu decoction is more and more comprehensive,involving its original theory,origin,drug compatibility,syndrome and modern disease application.Research teams and institutions can strengthen cooperation with each other and introduce new data mining technologies into this field by using modern research technologies.Therefore,the research methods and contents of baihu decoction need to be further developed and innovated to facilitate the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.The results of network pharmacology analysis showed that there were 127 potential active components of baihu decoction(mainly including anther flavin,brasssterol,broom broom alkaloid,etc.),and 274 potential targets,more than half of which were targeted at the prefrontal cortex,spinal cord,hypothalamus and lung.34 signal transduction pathways were involved,including the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathway,tyrosine metabolism signaling pathway,thyroid hormone signaling pathway,prostate cancer signaling pathway,sphingolipid signaling pathway,and insulin signaling pathway.The relevant theories and clinical applications of baihu decoction and its derivation formula were effectively explored.Conclusion The research on baihu decoction is becoming more and more comprehensive,involving its original theory,origin,drug compatibility,syndrome,modern disease application,etc.Through bibliometrics,it is found that the research of baihu decoction is in a bottleneck.Through network pharmacology,other important functions and signaling pathways of baihu decoction were explored.Under the support of modern medical theory,the scientific interpretation of the original text of baihu decoction which plays a powerful guiding role in clinical practice.The clinical application of baihu decoction and its derivation formula was effectively explored. |
