Objective:Based on observation of the index of oxidative stress(MDA,SOD)and the percentage of Th17/Treg cells in peripheral serum,to analyze the correlation of MDA,SOD,Th17 and Treg,and to explore the affect of oxidative stress on Th17/Treg when patients with AIDS and tuberculosis develop IRIS.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with AIDS and tuberculosis,60 patients diagnosed with AIDS,and 60 healthy persons were selected in the first hospital of Changsha from August 2018 to October 2019.The blood of patients diagnosed with AIDS and tuberculosis were sampled twice,once before ART and once at 12 weeks after ART begun,the blood of patients diagnosed with AIDS were sampled before ART,and the blood of healthy persons were sampled randomly.ELISA technology was applied to detect the index of oxidative stress(MDA and SOD),and flow cytometry was applied to detect the ratio of Th17 and Treg cells in CD4~+T-cells.Results:1.Compared to the tested indexes of healthy team,the percentage of Th17 cell of peripheral serum in patients diagnosed with AIDS and patients diagnosed with AIDS and tuberculosis was lower,the corresponding percentage of Treg cell was higher,the level of MDA was higher,and the level of SOD was lower.Compared to the tested indexes of AIDS team,the percentage of Th17 cell of peripheral serum in patients diagnosed with AIDS and tuberculosis was lower,the corresponding percentage of Treg cell was higher,the level of MDA was higher,and the level of SOD was lower.2.Compared to the tested indexes of non-IRIS team,the percentage of Th17 cell of peripheral serum in patients of IRIS team was higher,the corresponding percentage of Treg was lower,the level of MDA was higher,and the level of SOD was lower.3.When patients diagnosed with AIDS and tuberculosis developed IRIS,the level of MDA and the percentage of Th17 of peripheral serum were positively correlated,correspondingly,the level of MDA and the percentage of Treg were negatively correlated,the level of SOD and the percentage of Th17were negatively correlated,and the level of SOD and the percentage of Treg were positively correlated.Conclusion:1.Oxidative stress and Th17/Treg cells involved in the produce of AIDS and AIDS with tuberculosis.2.Oxidative stress probably take part in the development of IRIS through affecting the percentage of Th17/Treg in CD4~+T-cells.
