Traditional Chinese medicinal materials are very important crop with a long history in China's medicine and food industries."Good materials make good medicine".This simple sentence deeply expresses the importance of the medicine industry.Most Chinese medicinal materials have high internal moisture content after harvest.If the medicinal materials are not dried in time,the medicinal materials will easily rot and deteriorate,resulting in the loss of effective components of the medicinal materials.Due to the problem of Chinese medicinal materials' excessive loss after drying,this paper selects typical authentic medicinal materials of Shaanxi,namely salvia miltiorrhiza and gastrodia elata,to carry out experiments,of which salvia miltiorrhiza is one of the main raw materials in health care products,and gastrodia elata is a medicinal material in the list of homology of medicine and food.By conducting various drying technologies on these two materials,and completing HPLC detection of the corresponding effective components,so as to analyze the extraction rate of effective components of the medicinal materials,finally obtain the best drying technology and process of salvia miltiorrhiza and gastrodia elata,and design drying equipment suitable for salvia miltiorrhiza.The specific research contents include:(1)This paper starts with the drying experiment.A variety of drying experiments were carried out on two typical medicinal materials,salvia miltiorrhiza and gastrodia elata,including hot air drying(40?,50?,60?),vacuum drying(40?,50?,60?),hot air vacuum drying(the water content at the switching point is about 9%,the temperature of hot air and vacuum is 40?,50?,60?),hot air microwave drying(hot air 50?,power 200W,300W,400W)and vacuum freeze drying.Wherein salvia miltiorrhiza is not treated before drying,gastrodia elata is steamed in a water bath pot before drying,and the steaming temperature is 80?,90? and 100?.(2)Prepare and extract the solution according to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and carry out HPLC high performance liquid chromatography detection on the extracted samples and standard substances to further obtain the extraction rate of effective components.Among them,salvianolic acid B and tanshinone IIA are the main effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.The peak time is about 30min and 20min;Gastrodia elata Blume's main active ingredient is gastrodin.Its peak time is about 10min.The peak states of the three active components in chromatograms are stable and accurate.(3)SPSS25.0 is used for detailed data analysis on extraction rate and drying time.Through various analysis and comparison,the best process under different conditions can be obtained.Taking salvia miltiorrhiza as the experimental material,the extraction rate of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ?A is taken as the main index,and the optimal drying technology and process corresponding to the effective component salvianolic acid B is hot air vacuum drying,wherein the drying temperature of the hot air section and the vacuum section are both 50?,the drying time of both stages is about 5h;the optimal drying technology and process for the effective component tanshinone IIA is hot air vacuum drying,the drying temperature of the hot air section and the vacuum section are both 60?,drying time is about 5h in hot air section and 4h in vacuum section;and the optimal drying technology and process taking into account the salvianolic acid B and tanshinone IIA are hot air vacuum drying,and the drying temperature of the hot air section and the vacuum section are both 40?,drying time is about 6h in hot air section and 4h in vacuum section.With gastrodia elata as experimental material,gastrodin extraction rate as the main index,the best drying technology and process corresponding to effective ingredient gastrodin is hot air vacuum drying,the drying temperature of hot air section and vacuum section are both 40?,the drying time of both stages is about 6h and the cooking temperature of gastrodia elata is 90?,cooking time is 10min.(4)Following the best process,the cylindrical hot air vacuum drying equipment for Salvia miltiorrhiza and Gastrodia elata was designed accordingly.Three-dimensional modeling and assembly drawing were completed by Solidworks,then imported the model into ABAQUS software for mechanical analysis.The heat energy consumption of the drying materials equipment and related equipment selection were obtained through thermal calculation.The design of drying equipment for Salvia miltiorrhiza and Gastrodia elata Chinese medicinal materials was completed.In this paper,a reasonable experimental study was carried out on Salvia miltiorrhiza and Gastrodia elata,and the drying process was optimized through data analysis with the effective components as the main index.Thus,a hot air vacuum drying equipment match for Salvia miltiorrhiza and Gastrodia elata was designed.
