Purposes To investigate the correlation between NT-pro BNP level and neonatal disease severity and prognosis by analyzing the relationship between different NCIS score severity and plasma NT-pro BNP level. Methods The critically ill full-term newborns admitted to NICU,Chenzhou Hospital affiliated to the University of South China in January2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects ?the study.the control group(non-critical group)was the full-term who were admitted to the general neonatal department in the same period;According to NCIS score, the patients were divided into extremely critical group and critical group.all subjects were tested for NCIS and plasma NT-pro BNP within 24 h after admission and on the 5th day of admission.according to the improvement on the 5th day, they were divided into the improvement group, the non-group,survival group and death group according to the survival on discharge. To analyze the correlation between NT-pro BNP and NCIS on day 1 of extreme critically ill group, critically ill group and non-critically ill group; To analyze the difference of NT-pro BNP level on day 1 and day 5 between the three groups and the changes of NT-pro BNP level in the extremely critical group and critical group of different outcome groups on day 5.Compare the difference of survival and death levels among extreme critically ill group, critically ill group,non-critical groups mortality and the difference of NT-pro BNP level between the survival group and the death group. The ROC curve was drawn according to the level of critical group and non-criticalrecombination NT-pro BNP on day 1.Results 1.Plasma NT-pro BNP levels on day 1 of the extremely critical group, the critical group and the non-critical group were negatively correlated with NCIS scores(r=-0.900,P=0.000).2.Comparison of NT-pro BNP level on day 1 of the non-critical group, the critical group and the extremely critical group: the extremely critical group was higher than the critical group and the non-critical group, and the critical group was higher than the non-critical group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the NT-pro BNP levels of different outcome groups on day 5 of extremely dangerous reorganization: The NT-pro BNP levels on the first day and the fifth day of the non-good group were higher than those in the improved group(P<0.05),and the NT-pro BNP levels on the fifth day of the improved group and the non-good group were lower than those on the first day(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the NT-pro BNP levels of different outcome groups in the critical group on day 5: The NT-pro BNP levels on the first day and the fifth day of the non-good group were higher than those in the improved group(P<0.05),and the NT-pro BNP levels on the fifth day of the improved group and the non-good group were lower than those on the first day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference between the NT-pro BNP level on day 1 and day 5 of non-dangerous reorganization admission(P>0.05).6.There were statistically significant differences in day 1NT-pro BNP levels between the extremely critical death group and survival group(P<0.05).7.The ROC curve of critically ill children was plotted at the NT-pro BNP level on day 1.the area under the curve was 0.967,the optimal critical point was 26823.5,the sensitivity was 0.884,and thespecificity was 0.969.Conclusions 1.The higher the level of NT-pro BNP,the more severe the disease, the level of plasma NT-pro BNP and newborn NCIS score was negatively correlated.2.Early measurement of NT-pro BNP level has certain clinical significance for the judgment of neonatal acute and critical disease and the prognosis of the disease.
