Objective:To explore the safety and application value of enhanced recovery after surgery in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with balloon dilatation in the perioperative period under multidisciplinary treatment and to provide certain theoretical basis for optimizing the management scheme in perioperative period. Methods: According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases who had percutaneous nephrolithotomy with balloon dilatation in Urology department of Loudi center hospital were selected. They randomly were divided into two groups: the experimental group(30 cases)who adopted the ideas of ERAS during perioperative period and the control group(30 cases)who took the traditional ideas. In order to evaluate the safety and clinical application value of enhanced recovery after surgery in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with balloon dilatation in the perioperative period under multidisciplinary treatment, the difference of two groups were observed and compared on the postoperative nausea and vomiting, regurgitation, the pain score over different time period, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative infection(chills, fever,T 38.5 ? or higher)situation, the hemoglobin loss after operation in different time period, length of hospital stay, secondary surgery, readmission, and in-patients satisfaction. Results: 1.The experimental group and control group has no statistical difference in general data such as age, gender,BMI,and the maximum diameter of kidney stones.2.There was no aspiration case in both experimental group and the control group during and after surgery, and the incidence of aspiration was 0.3.The incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than control group(3/30 vs 10/30)(p<0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the pain score of the experimental group was lower no matter in the first day,the second day or the third day,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).5.The postoperative anal exhaust time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group(11.53±5.76 VS 16.07±5.48)h),and there was a statistical different ethnicities(p<0.05).6.There was no statistical difference in postoperative chills and fever between the two groups(p>0.05).7.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in hemoglobin difference before the surgery and the first day after the surgery,or hemoglobin difference between the first day after surgery and the third day after surgery(p>0.05).8.The total hospital stays and postoperative hospital stays of cases in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(10.77±2.9)days vs(14.3±2.51)days,and(4.93±1.31)days vs(7.43±2.11)days),and there was a siiginificant statistical difference(p<0.05).9.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in hospitalization costs, secondary surgery rates and readmission rates(p>0.05).10.The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group with the ERAS management mode was obviously higher than these in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with balloon dilatation in the perioperative period under multidisciplinary treatment is a relatively safe, more reliable and more satisfactory treatment plan.
