[Objective]The paper studies the horizontal correlation among clinical features of the patient with Parkinson's disease(PD)and growth differentiation factor 11(GDF11),silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)and ?2-microglobulin(B2M)in serum and evaluate their significance in the diagnosis of PD.[Methods]In this study,64 patients with PD and 48 normal people are chosen to collect their relevant clinical data and evaluate the relevant scale.Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)is conducted to detect the expression level of GDF11 and SIRT1 and immune turbidimetry is used to detect the expression level of B2 M in the two groups of serum,so as to analyze the correlation of clinical features between GDF11,SIRT1,B2 M and PD.[Results]1.Compared with the normal control group, there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, years of education,BMI,incidence of hypertension and diabetes between the 64 patients in PD group and the normal control group(P >,0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in MMSE scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The serum levels of GDF11 and SIRT1 in PD group and normal control group were statistically different(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum B2 M between PD group and normal control group(P >,0.05).3.Spearman correlation showed that GDF11 was negatively correlated with MMSE score(r =-0.275,P <0.05),and positively correlated with serum SIRT1 level(r = 0.349,P <0.05).B2 M was positively correlated with age(r = 0.330,P <0.05).4.Binary variable logistic regression analysis showed that GDF11 levels(? =-0.015,P <0.05)and years of education(? =-0.18,P <0.05)were negatively correlated with PD cognitive dysfunction, which was independent protection of PD cognitive Factors;and the emotional indifference scale is positively correlated with PD cognitive dysfunction(? = 1.99,P <0.05),which is an independent risk factor.5.Using ROC curve analysis to compare the diagnostic value of GDF11,SIRT1,B2 M for PD,the diagnostic value of serum B2 M is low(AUC = 0.634;sensitivity = 87.50%;specificity = 48.44%),the cut-off value is 1.94 mg / L;and SIRT1(AUC = 0.872,sensitivity = 85.42%,specificity = 87.50%),the cut-off value is 0.39 ng / ml,GDF11(AUC = 0.853,sensitivity = 83.33%,specificity = 85.94%)has higher diagnostic value,The critical value is 104.15 pg / ml.[Conclusion]1.GDF11 and SIRT1 have played a role in assisting the PD iagnosis, which may be one of the biological markers of PD diagnosis.
