Objective: To study the relationship between scavenger receptor and acute ischemic stroke and the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on scavenger receptor level.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with acute ischemic stroke and 30 healthy volunteers from the physical examination center who met the inclusion criteria of this clinical trial were selected.A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 30 patients in the conventional western medicine treatment group and 30 patients in the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group by drawing lots,and 30 healthy volunteers in the physical examination center were in the normal control group.Patients in the conventional western medicine treatment group were routinely treated with drugs for acute ischemic stroke and basic diseases.Patients in the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction tongqiaohuoxue decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment course ofboth groups was 14 days;the normal control group had a normal diet and did not take any medicine during the study.NIHSS score,Barthel score and m RS score were respectively recorded in patients with acute ischemic stroke on the 1st day,the 7th day and the 14 th day of the clinical trial.On the 1st day,the 7th day and the 14 th day of the clinical trial,blood samples were taken from the veins of the three groups of subjects,and the serum was separated and stored in the refrigerator at-80?.At the end of the clinical trial,the serum levels of the scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in the three groups were detected by ELISA and recorded.After the results of all the scoring data and detection data came out,the datas analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Data analysis was performed to compare the differences in NIHSS score,Barthel score,and m RS score for the two group patients with acute ischemic stroke on the1 st day,the 7th day and the 14 th day of the clinical trial,as well as the differences at different time points in the same group;to compare the differences;to compare the differences for the levels of the scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in the serum of the three groups of subjects on the 1st day,the 7th day and the 14 th day of the clinical trial,as well as the differences at different time points in the same group.Results: In the normal control group,the serum levels of scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 on the 1st day,the 7th day and the14 th day of the clinical trial showed no significant difference(P>0.05),which was significantly lower than those in the conventional western medicine treatment group and the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group(all P<0.05).Compared with the conventional western medicine treatment group,there was no significant difference in serum levels of scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group on the 1st day of the clinical trial(P>0.05),and significantly lower levels of scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in the serum on the 7th and 14 th days of the clinical trial(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum levels of scaveper receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in the conventional western medicine treatment group and the conventional western medicine+ tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group at different time points:1st>7th>14th(all P<0.05).Compared with the conventional western medicine treatment group,the NIHSS score,Barthel score and m RS score of the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group showed no significant differences on the 1st day(P>0.05),NIHSS score and m RS score decreased significantly on the 7th and 14 th days(all P<0.05),while the Barthel score increased significantl(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in NIHSS score,Barthel score and m RS score for the conventional western medicine treatme,group and the conventional western medicine+tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group at differenttime points(all P<0.05).Conclusions: The more severe the nerve function defect in patients with acute ischemic stroke,the higher the serum levels of scavenger receptors SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163.,tongqiaoxue decoction can down-regulate the serum levels of scavenger receptor SR-A,s CD36 and s CD163 in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Combined with previous studies,suggesting that tongqiaoxue decoction may promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with acute ischemic stroke through this mechanism.
