Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lung And Kidney Deficiency Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Qiulu Yin

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qiulu Yin on gastroesophageal reflux disease with deficiency of lung and kidney,and to investigate the effect of Qiulu Yin on serum motrin in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.To reveal the clinical mechanism of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with deficiency of lung and kidney by increasing the level of motilin in serum.It provides objective clinical basis for the treatment of gastric-esophageal reflux disease with deficiency of lung and kidney with Qiulu Yin.Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with pulmonary and kidney deficiency gastroesophageal reflux disease who came from the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group of western medicine(35 cases each)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Qiulu Yin,a traditional Chinese medicine drink,and the control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks(28 days).Beforeand after treatment,the reflux disease questionnaire was given to evaluate the reflux status,the TCM syndrome score was used to evaluate the clinical symptoms of discomfort,and the Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep status.Serum motilin levels were determined by human serum motilin ELISA kit to investigate its mechanism.Results:(1)After the 8-week course of treatment,the RDQ in the observation group and the control group were 94.0% and 87.5% respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Therefore,the efficacy of acid reflux and heartburn in the observation group was similar to that in the western medicine control group.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of reflux disease in both the observation group and the control group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the score of the observation group was the same as that of the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).It can be seen that both the traditional Chinese medicine drink Qiulu Yin and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets can relieve the reflux of patients,and both have similar curative effects.Scores of TCM symptoms after treatment were lower in the observation group and the control group than before treatment.Scores of the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05).Scores of acid reflux and heartburn in the control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the efficacy of acid reflux and heartburn was comparable between the two groups(P > 0.05).The scores of the observation group were significantlylower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum motilin level in the TCM observation group and the western medicine control group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the serum motilin level in the TCM observation group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine control group(P < 0.05).(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of sleep quality in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the level of score reduction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the sleep quality was improved.Conclusion:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine drink qiu lu Yin can improve the reflux condition,physical discomfort and sleep quality of lung-kidney deficiency gastroesophageal reflux disease.(2)Qiulu Yin,a traditional Chinese medicine drink,may be used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease by raising serum motilin levels.
