Effect Of Tongluo Recipe On TCM Syndromes And OGG1 Concentration Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Of Stasis-heat Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Tongluo recipe on TCM syndrome of diabetic kidney disease of stasis-heat type,and to observe the effect of Tongluo recipe on the concentration of OGGI in patients with diabetic kidney disease of stasis-heat type.Methods:A total of 30 patients with diabetic kidney disease of stasis-heat type were treated with Tongluo prescription for 12 weeks after basic treatment for 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome,OGG1,24-hour urinary protein,UACR,glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and other related indexes were observed at 12 and 24 weeks of treatment.Results:①TCM syndromes:after taking Tongluo recipe for 12 weeks,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased from 20.13±5.66 to 10.00±5.73(P<0.01),The symptoms of thirst and drink,frequent urination,fatigue,slick or foamy urine,and purplish tongue syndrome were significantly improved.Rapid digestion of food and polyorexia,dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest;palms and soles,night sweating have also been improved.②The concentration of OGG1 decreased from 495.61±71.65 to 66.41±22.04(p<0.01);③24-hour urinary protein decreased from 2.71±0.55 to 1.9910.82(p<0.01);.UACR decreased from 190.89±24.54 to 118.98± 18.23(p<0.01);⑤Urinary n-acetyl-glucosaminosidase decreased from 32.61±12.06 to 25.11 ± 11.01(p<0.05);⑥there was no significant difference in glucose metabolism indexes(FBG,2hPBG,HbAlc),lipid metabolism indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),liver and kidney function indexes(ALT,AST,Scr,BUN).Conclusion:Tongluo recipe can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of diabetic kidney disease of blood stasis-heat type,reduce the concentration of OGG1 and 24-hour urinary protein of diabetic kidney disease of blood stasis-heat type.
