Objective: In thyroid benign tumors, the comparative study of conventional open thyroidectomy, breast approach endoscopic thyroidecomy and transoral thyroidectomy, three different surgical approaches for the size of body trauma stress, provide data support and reference value for clinical choice of thyroid surgical pathway in the future. Methods: Taking prospective non randomized control study,73 patients with thyroid benign tumor were selected from September 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital.According to their own wishes, patients were divided into three groups: Transthoracic group, oral group and open group. The dynamic changes of WBC,cor,ACTH,CRP and Glu in the blood of the three groups before operation,1 day after operation and 3days after operation were collected and observed, and the changes of incision length, drainage days and postoperative pain score of the three kinds of operation were compared.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data results, and the results were p <0.05,which was significant. Results: All the patients in the selected sample were operated successfully,no transfer operation was performed in the middle of the operation, and no complications occurred after the operation.1.The difference of postoperative pain score among the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),among them,COT > TOT > BAET;the incision length,COT > TOT,BAET,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between TOT and BAET(P > 0.05);the age, number of patients(male / female),introduction of three groups. There was no significant difference in flow days(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in WBC,cor,ACTH,CRP and Glu among the three groups on the first day before operation(P > 0.05).3.The absolute values of WBC,cor,ACTH,CRP and Glu in the blood of the three groups were significantly higher than that of the first day before operation(P< 0.05).Compared with the three groups, the values of the open group were higher than those of the oral group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The WBC,cor,ACTH and CRP in the oral group were higher than those in the transthoracic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);in the Glu,there was no significant difference between the oral group and the transthoracic group(P > 0.05).4.In the three days after operation,WBC,cor,ACTH and CRP in the blood of the three groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),showing that COT > TOT > BAET;in the Glu comparison, there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.05)Conclusions: Among the thyroid surgery methods, endoscopic surgery is a safe and effective surgical method, which can achieve the effect of neck traceless beauty.Compared with open thyroidectomy, the trauma stress of human body is less, and the trauma stress response of endoscopic thyroidectomy through chest and breast route is better than that of thyroidectomy through oral route.
