Objectives: To detect serum Golgi protein 73(GP73)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)expression levels in patients with cirrhosis,to explore the relation between those factors level and Child-Pugh classification, and to evaluate its diagnostic value for cirrhosis. Methods: 1.194 patients(137 males and 57 females)with cirrhosis who have been hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group, while 91 health(60 males and 31 females)people from physical examination department of our hospital were selected as the control group.Among this two group, the age and gender have no significant difference.2.The clinical information of patients with cirrhosis, including the level of serum total bilirubin,albumin,GP73(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)and CA125(electrochemiluminescence method);PT;severity of hepatic encephalopathy;volume of ascites and other related clinical information, were collected and recorded. The observation group are divided into A,B,and C groups according to Child-Pugh classification base on the each clinical index value.3.The measurement data in this study was described by using Independent sample t test was performed on the level of serum GP73 and CA125 between the observation group and the control group, the independent sample t test and non-parametric test were performed within the observation group.Based on the new variable of probability of different detection combination prediction,we obtained the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the different combination detection were evaluated according to its sensitivity, specificity and area of the ROC curve. All data from our study were analyzed with statistical software SPSS25.0,P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.The levels of serum GP73 and CA125 were significantly higher in patients with cirrhosis than those in healthy people, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The severity of liver function damage in patients with cirrhosis cause by hepatitis is significantly heavier than that caused by other causes, and the difference of pairwise comparison is statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Serum GP73 and CA125 levels in patients with cirrhosis have a positive correlation with the Child-Pugh classification.4.Serum GP73 level showed a close relation with cirrhosis caused by hepatitis, while serum CA125 level showed no obvious relationship with different type of cirrhosis.5.The application of combined detection of serum GP73 and CA125 levels has important clinical value for the early diagnosis, timely treatment and prognostic evaluation in patients with cirrhosis. Conclusions: 1.The expression levels of serum GP73 and CA125 in patients with cirrhosis are significantly higher than those in healthy people, and have a positive correlation with the degree of Child-Pugh classification in cirrhosis.2.The application of combined detection of serum GP73 and CA125 showed an important clinical value for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in patients with cirrhosis.
