Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of "Flaming And Soil Coke" Of Rosacea By Kanli Prescription

Objective:After many years of deliberation,my teacher creatively applied the "image comparison" thinking to dermatology clinics,and proposed the "flaming and soil coke" of erythema and scaly skin diseases such as psoriasis.According to the clinical manifestations of rosacea,part of it can also be classified as "flaming and soil coke".In this study,the clinical efficacy of Kanli prescription on rosacea of "flaming and soil coke" was observed by selecting patients who met the "flaming and soil coke" clinically and treated respectively with Kanli prescription and minocycline.Method:In this study,60 patients with rosacea in the dermatology clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.By using a randomized controlled trial to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two methods of treating rosacea in the treatment group(Chinese medicine decoction Kanli prescription)and the control group(minocycline hydrochloride).Observing and recording the change of patients before treatment and 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment:main skin lesions:paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema and accompanying symptoms:burning,dryness indicators,ROCS,TCM Syndrome Information Form,Rosacea Quality-of-Life Index(RosaQoL)and other related indicators.After calculating the curative effect index,the data were analyzed and compared using statistical methods to observe the effectiveness of Kanli prescription in the treatment of "flaming and soil coke"roseacea(Due to individual differences in personal subjective feelings in RosaQoL,only auxiliary efficacy observations are made,and scores are not included in the calculation of efficacy index).Result:A total of 56 patients were included in the research,of which 29 were in the treatment group,27 were in the mactched group.The general conditions(such as gender,age),Rosacea clinical scorecard,TCM Syndrome Information of the two groups of patients were not significantly different(P>0.05),and were comparable.1.Major skin lesions;paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema and accompanying symptoms:burning and dryness:6 weeks(P<0.05)after treatment,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in the treatment of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema,burning and dryness is better than that of the control group.2.ROCS:The difference between the two groups after 6 weeks(P<0.05)was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group improved the clinical manifestations of ":flaming and soil coke" roseacea as a whole is better than the control group;3.TCM Syndrome Information:The difference between the two groups after 2?6 weeks(P<0.001)was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group improved TCM Syndrome of "flaming and soil coke" roseacea is better than the control group.Comparison of total effective rates between the two groups after treatment:The total effective rates of the ROCS score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the control group.In terms of TCM syndrome information,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which indicated that Kan Lifang improved the syndrome of "flaming and soil coke" roseacea significantly better than minocycline.Conclusion:On the basis of paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema,burning and dryness,ROCS,TCM Syndrome Information Form.It was found that Kanli prescription had a certain effect in treating "flaming and soil coke" roseacea,and it was better than minocycline in treating clinical manifestations and improving of TCM syndromes,and it is scientific safety without obvious side effects,and can be widely used in clinical.
