Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Patients With Asthma By Acupoint Application Combined With Breathing Exercises

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with vomiting and breathing exercises on asthmatic patients.Method 1.Patients with asthma remission who received acupoint application in the outpatient department of acupuncture and rehabilitation of jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June to August 2019 were selected,and 53 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 25 patients in the treatment group and 28 in the control group.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application combined with vomiting and breathing exercises,and the peak velocity was monitored and recorded;2.To evaluate the differences of ACT and AQLQ scores before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment,and 6 months after treatment in each groupResult Clinical efficacy of the two groups:1.There was no statistically significant difference in ACT score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable;2.The ACT scores of the two groups at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in ACT scores in the treatment group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).2.The score of activity restriction 1,3 and 6 months after treatment in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in activity restriction score in the treatment group 1 and 6 months after the treatment(P>0.05).3 months after the end of treatment,the activity restriction score was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The scores of asthma symptoms 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher in the two groups than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores in the treatment group at 1,3 and 6 months after the end of treatment(P>0.05).4.Scores of psychological status at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher in the two groups than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in psychological status score in the treatment group 1 month after the treatment(P>0.05).The scores of psychological status at 3 and 6 months after the end of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The mutation rate of PEF in the treatment group one month after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the rate of PEF variation 3 and 6 months after treatment and that before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the variation rate of PEF in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).(3)compared with the control group,the variation rate of PEF in the treatment group was statistically significant 1 month after the treatment(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after the end of treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with turnips and breathes is better than the simple acupoint application group in a short period of time(1 month after treatment),and can improve the clinical symptoms of asthma patients.
