| Objective: The survey data obtained in the application of cadastral survey technology can meet the requirements of survey work,and can show the requirements of our country's laws on land specifications.Methods: fifty doctors in a hospital in Jilin Province were selected as the objects of observation.Firstly,the basic situation of doctors and the present situation of prescription essential drugs in a hospital in Jilin Province were investigated by questionnaire.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of doctors' basic drug policy in a hospital in Jilin Province,analyzes the factors that affect the prescription of essential drugs,and finally studies the construction of the internal behavior model of prescription essential drugs.Results:(1)The current situation of prescription basic drugs in hospitals: combined with the national basic drug catalog and the Jilin Province basic medical insurance,industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance drug catalog,the proportion of medical insurance drugs used in a hospital in Jilin province from 2016 to 2019 was relatively high,reaching 96% in 2019,and the proportion of basic drugs used in the same period was 56%.The proportion of essential drugs in different stages is lower than that in the Medicare list,and the attention to the rational clinical application of essential drugs is low.(2)The current situation of doctors' basic drug policy: more than 50% of doctors' willingness to learn policy is not high,some doctors' willingness to implement policy is still not high,the attitude towards essential drug policy is high,the support for rational use of drugs is high,and the level of recognition of essential drugs is general.(3)Factors influencing the prescription of essential drugs: multiple factors logsitc regression analysis showed that age,position,education background,policylearning willingness,policy learning time,policy cognitive willingness,policy implementation willingness and policy operability were independent factors(P <0.05).Conclusion: the application rate of prescription basic drugs has an important influence on the rational use of drugs,but the investigation shows that the application rate of prescription basic drugs in hospital is not high and needs to be improved.This paper summarizes that the influencing factors of the use of basic drugs in doctors' prescriptions are mainly the age and position of doctors and the degree of mastery of drug-related policies.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the basic drug-related policies and information training of doctors in various hospitals.In order to improve the rationality of drug use.At the same time,it can also promote the application of essential drugs through the adjustment of hospital drug management policy. |
