ObjectiveStudy load belly breathing in patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver with the splenic function partial splenic artery embolization,the effect of postoperative pain contributes to an understanding of the feasibility and effectiveness of the intervention,in order to further study how to reduce postoperative pain in patients with partial splenic artery embolization,promote patients recovery is looking for simple and effective methods,and provide data support and clinical guidance.MethodsFrom December 2017 to October 2018,The eligible patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis with hypersplenism and partial splenic artery embolization in the department of radiological interventional therapy of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university were taken as the research objects.The disease area was taken as the unit,one as the intervention group(58 cases in total)and the other as the control group(58 cases in total).The control group was given routine nursing according to the perioperative nursing of partial splenic artery embolization,and the intervention group was given load abdominal breathing training based on the routine nursing of partial splenic artery embolization.The general data questionnaire,Changhaitongchi,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale and quality nursing service satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate the two groups of patients.The database was established by Epidata 3.0 software,the data was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software,and the results were analyzed by t-test ?2 test and other statistical methods.Results1.There was no significant difference in general demographic data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of Changhaitongchi at 6h,t=0.332,P=0.741,P>0.05;in the intervention group,the pain score at 12h,24h,48h,72h,96h,120h was significantly lower than that in the control group,t=1.994?6.223?8.529?10.715?11.212?16.426;P=0.049?0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000,P<0.05;in the two groups,the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group.The pain was gradually reduced with the increase of nursing time,and the degree of pain at 48h,72h,96h and 120h after operation was significantly lighter than that at 12h and 24h after operation(P<0.05).3.Before the intervention,the anxiety scores of the intervention group and the control group were 20.44 ± 6.42,21.41 ± 6.73,and the depression scores were 22.51± 5.29,23.14 ± 7.86,P>0.05;after the intervention,the anxiety scores of the intervention group and the control group were 12.53±2.16,19.73±4.86,and the depression scores were 14.52 ± 3.48,20.24 ± 5.63,P<0.05 compared with before the intervention and nursing.4.Nursing satisfaction was 82.76%in the control group while was 96.55%in the intervention group,x 2=6.0647,P=0.0015,P<0.05.5.This study found that the exhaust time of the intervention group was(21.05± 2.17)h,and that of the control group was(36.51 ± 2.64)h.The exhaust time of the intervention group was significantly earlier than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(t=25.6482,P<0.05).The incidence of moderate and severe abdominal distention was 12.07%in the intervention group and 43.10%in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Load adominal breathing can reduce the pain symptoms of some patients after splenic artery embolization,and the pain degree is lighter with the increase of time.2.After partial splenic artery embolization,carrying out load abdominal breathing exercise can reduce the psychological scores of anxiety and depression of patients,and achieve the relief of negative psychology of patients.3.After partial splenic artery embolization,the patient's nursing satisfaction can be improved by carrying out load abdominal breathing exercise.4.After partial splenic artery embolization,carrying out load abdominal breathing exercise can shorten the exhaust time of patients,promote exhaust,and relieve abdominal distention and pain.
