Clinical Observation Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood-Heat Syndrome Treated By Washing With Qinbai Lotion And Oral Chinese Medicine

Objective:To explore the mechanism and clinical effect of Qinbai lotion combined with tuhuaidan Siwu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris conforming to the blood-heat syndrome were collected using the single-blind,unbalanced index allocation principle.Group A(treatment group),group B(control group 1),and group C(control group 2)each had 30 cases.Both group A and group B were treated with Tuhuadan Siwu Decoction,group A was combined with Qinbai lotion and vaseline packet therapy,group B was combined with vaseline packet therapy,and group C was orally administered with compound aminopeptide tablets plus vaseline packet therapy.All were administered for 8weeks,and observation records were made every 2 weeks to record skin lesion scores,TCM syndromes,maintenance of relapse and remission period,and quality of life investigations of skin diseases.After 8 weeks,statistical methods were used to compare the efficacy between the three groups.Differences,to evaluate the effect of Qinbai lotion on the improvement of psoriasis vulgaris skin and symptoms,and to reduce recurrence and prolong the maintenance period.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,and duration of disease between the three groups of patients.(P>0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment in the three groups of patients,the PASI scores,the accompanying TCM symptoms,and the survey of the quality of life of the skin diseases in the three groups were all improved to varying degrees.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment in the three groups,the total effective rate of group A was 93.33%,that of group B was 76.67%,and that of group C was 66.67%.The total effective rates of the three groups were compared.(P<0.05)4.The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 10.34%,40.00%,and 71.43%,respectively.The recurrence rates of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of the remission period in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.During the study period,the treatment group experienced one dizziness andweakness symptoms when washing the whole body.The symptoms disappeared after the external washing was suspended and immediately rested in bed for about 20 minutes.Considering the absence of meals,let them rest for half an hour after eating without any symptoms Wash out and follow-up treatment as usual.No other patients experienced discomfort during treatment.Conclusion:1.Qinbai lotion has a significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can significantly alleviate the skin lesions of erythema,scaly,infiltration and the accompanying symptoms of TCM symptoms,and reduce the DLQI score.2.Prolong the duration of the remission period and reduce the recurrence rate without obvious adverse reactions.
