Objective: In order to explore the risk factors affecting the survival period of patients with primary liver cancer in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis follow-up of patients with liver cancer. Methods:From January 1,2012 to December 31,2017,120 patients with primary liver cancer were collected in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as research objects, and demographic data, clinical indicators and prognosis follow-up information were collected.Chi square test and t-test were used to compare the categorical variables between the treatment group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the treatment group of pure western medicine;log rank test in Kaplan Meier was used in survival analysis Multivariate analysis: Cox proportional risk regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of primary liver cancer.Results:(1)The mortality rate of the pure western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of the integrated Western medicine treatment group(P < 0.05);The intervention implementation rate of the pure western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of the integrated Western medicine treatment group(P < 0.05);The incidence of ascites in the pure western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that in the integrated Western medicine treatment group(P < 0.05);Pure western medicine treatment group The incidence of serious lesions in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P < 0.05);There was only significant difference between the two groups of Alpha fetoprotein(P < 0.05).(2)The results of survival analysis showed that the average survival time of the treatment group was 17.091 months, the median survival time was 5 months, the average survival time of the treatment group was 39.478 months, and the median survival time was 35.0 months, which was significant by log rank test.(3)Kaplan Meier survival analysis and log rank test showed that surgery, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, number of lesions, size of lesions, distant metastasis, ascites, vascular invasion and stage were the risk factors affecting the survival time of patients with primary liver cancer. The difference was statistically significant. The multivariate Cox proportional risk regression model showed that: the mortality of surgical treatment was 0.303 times 95% CI(0.131-0.701)of non-surgical treatment;the mortality of traditional Chinese medicine group was 0.437 times 95% CI(0.260-0.737)of pure western medicine group;the mortality of patients with lesions > 5cm was 1.999 times 95% CI(1.197-3.339)of patients with lesions < 5cm;the mortality of patients with IIA / IIB was IA/ ? B The mortality of ? A / ? B patients was 4.959 times 95% CI(1.325-18.565)of ? A / ? B,and that of ? patients was 17.769 times 95% CI(4.908-64.328)of ? A / ? B.Conclusion: The factors affecting liver cancer include operation, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, stage, focus size and other factors. We should pay more attention to the early diagnosis of liver cancer, and use the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment at the same time, which is more conducive to the prognosis and prolong the survival period of patients.
