Objective:In this study,by observing the general data,clinical characteristics and auxiliary examination results of patients with lung-spleen deficiency asthma-copd overlap,the severity of the disease was determined,so that clinicians could have a certain understanding of the prognosis of patients.Methods:Choose in December 2017-December 2019 in the fourth clinical medical college of xinjiang medical university respiratory medicine hospital treatment,and meet the requirements for the research of spleen-deficiency type lung COPD patients,diagnostic criteria,in accordance with the Spanish guide will meet the requirements for the research object is divided into overlapping asthma,COPD group(ACO)group(COPD)and COPD group,compared two groups in the general information,clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,the difference between to understand the prognosis of patients.Results: In terms of smoking history and number of acuteexacerbations,the level of ACO group was lower than that of COPD group,and the proportion of previous history of asthma and significant history of airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR)was higher than that of the COPD group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Asthma as the first symptom accounted for 18% in the ACO group and 12.5% in the COPD group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Lung auscultation in the ACO group was dominated by rales alone(48.2%),while lung auscultation in the ACO group was dominated by rales with dry and wet presence(60%).showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of eosinophils and IgE in ACO group was higher than that in COPD group.The proportion of patients with emphysema or bullae indicated by lung CT in ACO group and COPD group was 30% and 58.1%.showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups was mainly moderate to severe damage.Conclusion: pulmonary-spleen-qi-deficiency ACO and pulmonary-spleen-qi-deficiency simple copd belong to the copd subtype,Compared with simple copd,the ACO group in has a history of asthma,airway hyperresponsiveness obvious history of proportion are higher,and easier to appear breathing,double lung auscultation results for dry and wet sex more then coexist,proportion of blood eosinophilia,IgE level increased obviously,lung function is given priority to with moderately severe damage,and poor prognosis.
