To Study The Clinical Effection Of Using Yiqi Tongluo Decoction To Treat Non Acute Pulmonary Embolism(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of yiqitongluo decoction combined with anticoagulation therapy in the treatment of non acute pulmonary embolism(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),so as to provide evidence-based basis for Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary embolism.Methods: Choosing the inpatients between January 2019 and January 2020 in the fourth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university respiratory and critical care department in accordance with this research,the row standard as the research object of 60 patients with PTE,based on the stochastic indicator method is divided into the treatment group 30 cases and control group30 cases,in the control group to the conventional western medicine of anticoagulant drugs,the treatment group was treated with yiqitongluo Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine granules,Chinese medicine treatment for 2 weeks,after treatment with TCM syndrome scale,6 minutes walk test and blood coagulation function effectiveness evaluation,USES the hepatorenal function evaluation of safety.Results:(1)After treatment,the two groups were all effective,the effective rate of routine western medicine anticoagulation plus Yiqi Tongluo formula group was 90%,the effective rate of routine western medicine anticoagulation group was 60%,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The change of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the two groups were better than before(P < 0.05);the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that another(P <0.05).(3)The change of 6-minute walking test: after treatment,the two groups were better than before(P < 0.05);the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than another(P < 0.05).(4)D dimer: after treatment,the two groups were better than before(P< 0.05);There was no significant improvement in the two groups after treatment comparedwith before treatment(P > 0.05).(5)Coagulation function: there was no significant improvement in the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);Conclusion: In the treatment of non acute pulmonary embolism(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),yiqitongluo formula combined with conventional western medicine anticoagulation is more effective and safe than western medicine anticoagulation alone in improving TCM syndrome score and6-minute walking test.
