The Application Of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery In Indirect Inguinal Hernia In Children

Objective: to investigate the application and safety of rapid rehabilitation surgery in indirect inguinal hernia in children.The clinical effects were compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of rapid rehabilitation surgery in pediatric inguinal surgery were analyzed to provide guidance for clinical selection.Methods: a total of 86 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to pediatric surgery from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and the two groups of children were divided into two groups according to the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery: 39 cases in the rapid rehabilitation surgery group and 47 cases in the traditional surgery control group.The data of the two groups were compared.The concept group of rapid rehabilitation surgery was applied to actively improve the relevant preoperative examination and preparation on the first day of hospitalization.The group underwent surgery on the first day of hospitalization or the next day.The control group was treated according to the clinical path of inguinal hernia in children,and the differences in postoperative resuscitation time,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,length of hospitalization,and hospital expenses were compared.Results: laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac was performed in both groups of 86 children,No serious complications occurred during the operation.In recovery time and postoperative incidence of adverse reactions,length of hospital stay and hospital costs,the application of rapid rehabilitation of surgical group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)Conclusion: rapid rehabilitation surgery applications without inguinal hernia surgery is safe and feasible,children and parents only short-term in the hospital be in hospital,reduce the anxiety of children and parents,for parents to take care of the children,children with increased comfort,shorten the hospitalization time,at the same time,it reduces the medical expense,reduces the incidence of hospital acquired infection,conforms to the modern medical policy.
