Objective:To study the prognostic factors related to pancreatic cancer. Methods:The clinical data and survival prognosis of 109 patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The median OS of 109 patients was 19.65 months.Pancreatic head and neck cancer: Univariate analysis showed CA19-9,vascular invasion, differentiation,T stage,TNM stage, adjuvant chemotherapy comparing median survival time in different groups, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Based on univariate analysis,it was included in multivariate analysis. The results showed that: CA19-9,degree of differentiation, and adjuvant chemotherapy were independent risk factors that affected the prognosis of pancreatic cancer after radical surgery.Pancreatic body and tail tumor: Univariate analysis showed CA19-9,differentiation,T stage, comparing median survival of different groups of M stages, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Based on univariate analysis,it was included in multivariate analysis. The results showed that CA19-9 was an independent risk factor that affected the prognosis of pancreatic cancer after radical surgery. Conclusion : The prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer is affected by multiple factors. In the pancreatic head and neck group,CA19-9,degree of differentiation, and adjuvant chemotherapy are independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. In the pancreatic body and tail group,CA19-9 is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
