Objective: To compare the efficacy of high flow oxygen therapy(High flow oxygen therapy,HFOT)with general oxygen therapy for patients with severe neurocritical tracheotomy. Methods: Select patients with severe neurotic disease stonal tracheotomy who were admitted to the Department of Critical Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to June 2019.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into high-flow oxygen therapy group and general oxygen therapy group, recorded the patient's blood oxygen saturation, carbon dioxide pressure, oxygenation index and other indicators, the data collected analysis, comparison, the use of SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis.Measurement data is represented by the standard deviation of the average number of s.s.(sx ±),and the individual sample t-test is used in the group comparison. The count data is expressed in rate, and the two groups of comparisons are statistically significant by using the card-square test, with the difference of P 0.05 as the difference. Results: A total of 79 patients were included, and patients were randomly divided into high-flow oxygen therapy group and general oxygen therapy group, reject 13 patients, high flow oxygen therapy group of 32 cases, general oxygen therapy of 34 cases. The saturation of 12 h oxygen was(133.06±39.48),(141.47±63.34),P=0.527,and the difference was statistically significant. However, after offline,24 h oxygen saturation was(151.46±50.33),(124.028±32.04),P=0.009,the difference was statistically significant.Offline 12 h oxygenation index was(351.5±102.75),(396.50±201.51),P=0.262,the difference was not statistically significant. However, after offline, the 24 h oxygenation index was(151.46±50.33),(124.028±32.04),P=0.009,the difference was statistically significan.Offline 12 h PaCO2 was(33.09±6.45),(36.50±5.51),P=0.946,the difference was not statistically significant. After offline, the 24 h PaCO2 was(34.03±5.73),(35.97±6.09),P=0.188,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:High-flow oxygen therapy improves the patient's long-term blood oxygen saturation, other indicators have no obvious statistical difference, but in view of the unique physiological effectof of high-flow oxygen therapy,it is worth further experimental demonstration and clinical promotion.
