Objective:to explore the risk factors of reproductive tract infection in premature rupture of membranes and analyze the influence of maternal and infant outcome. Methods:the medical records of 268 pa tients with premature rupture of membranes hospitalized in the baby-frie ndly ward of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation gr oup,and 267 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control grou p.During hospitalization, the cervical secretions of pregnant women in t he study group and the control group were taken for bacterial culture, vaginal secretions for VVC and BV examination, vaginal and rectal swa bs for GBS examination, and the relationship between various pathogeni c bacteria infection and premature rupture of membranes and the effect on the adverse outcome of mothers and infants were statistically analyze d.Results:(1)the positive rates of GBS,UU,VVC and BV culture in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);(2).The positive rates of reproductive tract infection in term prom group were significa ntly higher than those in preterm prom group(P<0.05);(3).There were significant differences in chorioamnionitis, puerperal infection and neona tal asphyxia between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)the incidence of chor ioamnionitis and preterm delivery in pregnant women with reproductive tract infection was significantly higher than that in pregnant women wit hout reproductive tract infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The presence of reproductive tract infection during pregnancy can cause premature rup ture of membranes, which has a greater effect on preterm premature rup ture of membranes[2].2 Premature rupture of membranes is related to th e adverse maternal and fetal outcomes of chorioamnionitis, neonatal asp hyxia and puerperal infection.3 Pregnant women with reproductive tract infection can increase the risk of preterm delivery, chorioamnionitis an d perinatal complications.4 Strengthen pregnancy management, timely di agnosis and treatment of reproductive tract infection, prevent premature rupture of membranes and reduce bad pregnancy.
