Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of MRI-based texture analysis in differential diagnosis of histological subtypes of conventional osteosarcoma.Methords:This study retrospective collect from January 2015 to July 2019,at the First Affiliated Hospital of XinJiang Medical University pathological performed conventional osteosarcoma 38 patients, including 16 cases of osteoblastic osteosarcoma,15 cases of chondroblastic osteosarcoma,7 cases of fibroblastic osteosarcoma.Retrospective analysis their MRI images, use the texture analysis software to draw the ROIs on the images which contain maximal lesion in all sequence to obtain individual histogram texture feature values, including mean,variance,skewness,kurtosis,1%,10%,50%,90%,99%.Use the SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis to analyze wheter there are textures to differentiate the histological subtypes of conventional osteosarcoma.Draw ROC curve when they have statistical significance. Results: The skewness and kurtosis of T2WI-based histogram, with the skewness of fsT2WI-based histogram,in chondroblastic osteosarcoma were significantly lower than osteoblastic osteosarcoma and fibroblastic osteosarcoma.they were statistically significant among histological subtypes(P<0.05).Rest texture values of T2WI-based and fsT2WI-based histogram, with all texture values of T1WI-based and ceT1WI-based histogram, were not statistically significant(P?0.05).Except the kurtosis value of T2WI-based histogram had no statistical significance in differential diagnosis of osteoblastic and fibroblastic osteosarcoma(P=0.285?0.05),rest texture values had diagnostic efficiency in the histological subtypes. Conclusions:As an assistant methord,MRI texture analysis can add objective basis and improve accuracy in differential diagnosis of histological subtypes of conventional osteosarcoma.
