| Objective:To discuss situations about virus infection after Haploidentical Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation. Methods: By collecting 281 patients cases in Xinjiang Medical University In Partial Fullfillment of the Requirement from January,2009-December,2018,dividing into related-HLA-haploidentical group(161cases)and HLA-matched sibling group(120cases),in comparison with characteristics in various transplanted projects, analyzing MAC-haplo-HDPSCT’s occurrence rate after virus infection, common pathogene, infectious parts, high risk factors which are concerned and precautionary characteristics. Results: We found that the viral infection rate is 20.3% in this research, there were 37 cases of related-HLA-haploidentical group in total got viral infection, the incidence rate was 23%,there were 16 cases of HLA-matched sibling group got viral infection, the incidence rate was 13.3%,included CMV infection rate(7.8%),related-HLA-haploidentical group CMV infection rate(10.56%),HLA-matched sibling group CMV infection rate(4.2%),EBV infection rate(3.9%),grelated-HLA-haploidentical roup EBV infection rate(5.59%),and HLA-matched sibling group EBV infection rate(1.7%).Among multiple factors of analysis,in related-HLA-haploidentical group EBV infection,we found HC OR is 2.881,P=0.048.Conclusion: Compared with allo-PBSCT,MAC-haplo-HDPSCT has been proved that got a higher infection rate.CMV infection rate is higher than EBV infection rate.HC has been proved that is the risk factor of CMV infection in this research. |
