Objective: Collect the symptoms(chills, chills, fever,Nadia),body mass index, infection site, complications, blood routine(leukocyte and its classification, platelets),liver function(GPT,GST,total bilirubin, albumin, cholinesterase),blood clotting(percentage of prothrombin activity, international standardization)of patients with chronic and acute liver failure and infection of different systems Ratio, prothrombin time,D-dimer),complement C3,venous blood lactate,prealbumin,procalcitonin,interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein, carbon dioxide binding power and its source, root cause and classification were analyzed, and the relationship between them and prognosis within 4 weeks was analyzed. Methods: 253 patients with chronic and acute liver failure and bacterial infection of different systems were selected, including 208 patients with improved treatment and 45 patients with death.Symptoms, body mass index, auxiliary examination results, source, root cause and classification of chronic and acute liver failure were collected and compared with the treatment outcome of the patients.Results:(1)By single factor analysis, compared with the improved group, the dead group had age, sex, infection site, complications, classification, blood routine(leukocyte and its classification, platelet),liver function(GPT,GST,TBIL,albumin, cholinesterase),coagulation(percentage of prothrombin activity, international standardized ratio, prothrombin time,DThere were statistically significant differences in dimer, complement C3,venous blood lactate,prealbumin,procalcitonin,interleukin-6,and carbon dioxide binding capacity, but no statistical differences in clinical symptoms, body mass index, source, root cause, level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and whether there was bacterial culture positive results.(2)By logistic regression analysis, there were statistically significant differences in age, albumin, prealbumin, prothrombin activity(PT%)and procalcitonin levels between the dead group and the improved group. Conclusion: High albumin, high prealbumin and high prothrombin activity(PT%)were protective factors(P< 0.05),while the risk factors of death were old age, high procalcitonin, abdominal infection, respiratory infection and blood flow infection(P< 0.05).
