Objective: to investigate the correlation between prognostic nutritional index and one-year prognosis in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy? Methods: retrospective study was used to obtain the relevant data of patients with definite diagnosis of chronic heart failure and the cause of ischemic cardiomyopathy.SPSS23.0 statistical analysis software was used to represent the measurement data conforming to the normal distribution in the form of mean ± standard deviation, and the counting data in the form of frequency. The above factors were analyzed by Cox proportional risk model.Kaplan-meier method was used to plot the readmission risk and survival analysis of the two groups.P < 0.05 indicates statistical significance.Assess the optimal cutoff point for readmission rates by plotting the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve? Results: 1 degree of single factor analysis found that culture and history of high blood pressure, smoking history, cardiac function classification, age,BMI,hemoglobin, lymphocyte count, neutrophil count, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),creatinine,urea,albumin,BNP,NLR,PNI differences statistically significant associated with short-term prognosis of patients.2 Multi-factor analysis found that age, albumin content,BNP,NLR,PNI and other indicators can be used as indicators to evaluate readmitted rate of patients with heart failure, and also as factors to evaluate death of patients with heart failure. However, age, albumin content, diabetes history, neutrophil number, and urea can only be used as indicators to evaluate 1 year readmission of ischemic heart failure, and lymphocyte number can evaluate the riskfactors of death within 1 year of ischemic heart failure? Conclusion: PNI can be used as an evaluation index of one-year readmission rate and mortality in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure, and the effect of evaluating mortality in patients with ischemic heart failure is significantly better than that of predicting readmission rate.
