Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of loss of follow-up after catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),and to provide a scientific basis for the standardized management of postoperative of AF.Methods:A total of 141 patients with postoperative of AF in the Heart Center of the first Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected. The determination of loss of follow-up was according to the outpatient system. The reasons for the loss of follow-up were investigated by telephone.Patients were divided into two groups, namely loss of follow-up group and completed follow-up group according to whether the 12-month follow-up was completed. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of loss of follow-up were analyzed by logistic regression. Results:A total of 89 patients completed follow-up and 52 patients were lost to follow-up in the 12-month.The rate of loss of follow-up at the first, third, sixth, and twelfth months in ablation patients were 20.6%,21.3%,27.7%,and 36.9%,respectively,and increased with time(?~2=11.032,P for trend=0.001).Patients in loss of follow-up group had higher rate of elderly,non-Urumqi,rural,junior high school or below, and non-AF clinic follow-up(all P value<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,non-Urumqi residential and AF clinic follow-up were the influencing factors(OR=1.412,2.480,and 0.826,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion:AF Patients after Catheter ablation have a high rate of lost of follow-up.A professional atrial fibrillation clinic should be established and follow-up management for elderly and non-local patients should be strengthened.
