Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate in the treatment of asphyxia neonatorum with cardiac damage,the effect on myocardial enzymes and the safety of drugs.Methods:A total of 78 newborns of asphyxia neonatorum with cardiac damage who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University,were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with diphosphate fructose on the basis of routine treatment of neonatal asphyxia,the observation group was treated with creatine phosphate on the basis of routine treatment of neonatal asphyxia.The general information were compared between the two groups of children(including gender,gestational age,body weight and whether preterm birth,asphyxia)before and after treatment,the myocardial damage markers(including CK-MB,HBDH,CK,LDH and AST)),before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions after treatment.Results:By comparison,the observation group and the control group in the gestational age(t=1.25,P>0.05),the proportion of preterm infants(2=0.77,P>0.05),production(x 2=1.35,P>0.05),weight(2=0.92,P>0.05)and the degree of asphyxia(t=1.73,P>0.05)and other aspects of the general data there is no significant difference,comparable;the total efficiency of the observation group was obviously higher than control group(2=7.53,P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group with CK-MB(t=9.42,P<0.05),HBDH(t=8.33,P<0.05),CK(t=9.52,P<0.05),LDH(t=10.26,P<0.05)and AST(t=7.38,P<0.05)level was significantly better than the control group;two groups were no obvious adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Creatine phosphate in adjuvant therapy of asphyxia neonatorum with cardiac damage,can effectively reduce the index of myocardial enzymes,improve the treatment efficiency,t he effect of safety,with a high clinical value.
