ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the different gestational ages with Multiple organ damage syndrome(MODS)followed neonatal asphyxia.MethodCollected 165 cases have risk factors to neonatal asphyxia.1.According to the results of umbilical arterial blood gas analysis to determine whether have perinatal asphyxia or not,the 154 cases divided into group A(Premature asphyxia group),group B(Full-term asphyxia group),group C(Premature control group),group D(Full-term control group),Compared the incidence of MODS in the four groups.2.There are 79 cases with perinatal asphyxia, divided into Early premature asphyxia group,Late preterm birth asphyxia infants and Full-term asphyxia group according to gestational age, analysis the severity of MODS followed perinatal asphyxia. The cases with perinatal asphyxia were divided into Mild asphyxia group and Severe asphyxia group according to the degree of asphyxia, compared the severity of MODS in the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of MODS in Premature asphyxia group was higher than that of Full-term infants asphyxia group, the difference was statistically significant,?~2=5.37,P<0.05.Preterm birth control group compared with the full-term control group there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of multiple organ damage(?~2=1.20,P>1.20).The severity of MODS followed perinatal asphyxia:the difference in Early preterm birth asphyxia group,Late preterm birth asphyxia group,Full-term asphyxia group was statistically significant,?~2=6.11,P<0.05,or=0.35,gestational age and multiple organ injury after asphyxia degree are low correlation.Mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group difference was statistically significant incidence of multiple organ damage,?~2=9.30,P<0.05,mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group multiple organ injury severity difference was statistically significant,?~2=6.80,P<0.05).Multiple organ damage in the order of the damage organs no difference, premature infants asphyxia group of brain damage by 75.00%,45.83%lung damage, myocardial damage, kidney damage, liver damage,29.17%and 16.67%,37.50%,70.00%full term asphyxia group of brain damage, lung injury by 35.00%35.00%,myocardial damage, kidney damage, liver damage by15.00%,25.00%each viscera injury incidence there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe incidence of MODS followed perinatal asphyxia of premature infants was higher than that of full-term infants. The gestational age was smaller, the degree of MODS was heavier. The perinatal asphyxia is heavier, the higher the incidence of multiple organ damage, the heavier degree; The rates of Multiple organ damage, brain tissue damage is the highest, then the lung, heart, kidney, liver, blood coagulation, gastrointestinal, ion.
