Research On The Effect Of Probiotics Combined H. Pylori Eradication Therapy

ObjectivesTo evaluate probiotics combined triple therapy for eradication rate and adverse reactions of H.pylori.MethodsSixty patients with compound ulcer infected by H.pylori,who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of control group used triple therapy?amoxicillin+clarithromycin+pantoprazole?,while the probiotics group used the above-mentioned triple therapy+probiotics?Bifidobacterium lactobacillus sanlian living bacterium?.¹⁴C-urea breath test was reexamined 4 weeks after treatment to observe eradication rate of H.pylori.Smoking,drinking and probiotic yogurt forbidden during treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.Observe the eradication rate and adverse reactions incidence.Results1.Eradication rate:The total eradication rate of H.pylori was 75%,the eradication rate of experimental group was 86.7%,and the control group was 63.3%.The eradication rate of experimental group was higher than the control group?P<0.05?.2.Adverse reactions:The total adverse reactions incidence of two groups was 15%,the adverse reactions incidence of experimental group was 3.3%,the adverse reactions incidence of control group was 26.7%.The adverse reactions incidence of experimental group was lower than the control group?P<0.05?.3.In the experimental group,the eradication rate of male was 88%,and the female was 80%.There was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.4.In the control group,the eradication rate of male was 63.6%,and the female was62.5%.There was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.Conclusions1.Triple therapy at the same time combined with probiotics can obviously increase the eradication rate of H.pylori.2.Triple therapy at the same time combined with probiotics can obviously reduce adverse reactions of drug.3.In the experimental group,triple therapy combined with probiotics has no obvious difference between male and female patients in terms of eradication rate.4.In the control group,triple therapy has no obvious difference between male and female patients in terms of eradication rate.
