The Value Of Fast Tract Surgey Combined With Laparoscopic Surgey On Patients With Prostatic Cancer

Objective:To analysis the effectiveness and safety of fast tract surgery(FTS)combined with laparoscopic surgery on patients with prostatic cancer.Methods:From July 2014 to July 2016,81 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP)were included in this study.41 patients undergoing LRP received perioperative fast track rehabilitation;meanwhile other 40 patients undergoing LRP received conventionnal perioperative care.All of patients discharged were discharged when they met the conditions.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical data(P>0.05).Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,white blood cells,CRP,blood glucose,insulin postoperative flatus,defecation time,drainage tube indwelling time,hospital stay,hospital expenses and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Two groups of patients were cured.The amount of blood loss and operation time did not differ significantly between the groups(P>0.05).White blood cells and CRP in the fast tract group was lower than that in the control group on the third day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood glucose and insulin were lower than that in the control group on the first day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fast tract surgey group was associated with a significantly shorter flatus time,defecation time,drainage tube indwelling time,the hospital stay and hospital expenses were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications of FTS group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fast track surgery was safe in laparoscopic operation for prostatic cancer.2.Fast track surgery can expand the advantages of minimally invasive surgey,promote an early recovery and improve the prognosis of patients.3.Fast track surgery can reduce the complications rate of prostatic cancer after radical operation.
