Comparison Of Prognosis And Survival Rate Of Premenopausal Breast Cancer Patients During Different Periods Of Mentrual Cycle

Objective:To retrospectively study the prognosis of premenopausal women with breast cancer at different periods of the menstrual cycle,and search relevant literature.Meta analysis is used to systematically analyze premenopausal breast cancer patients at different periods of the menstrual cycle(follicular phase,luteal phase)for 3 years,5 Annual survival rate.To provide the basis for choosing the best time for surgery for premenopausal breast cancer patients.Methods:From July 2016 to July 2017,there were 68 premenopausal breast cancer patients undergoing breast surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College.According to the menstrual cycle and the timing of the operation,32 patients had follicular surgery and 34 patients had luteal surgery.The time of operation,postoperative drainage for 24 hours,postoperative total drainage,and postoperative extubation time were analyzed.The flap necrosis,subcutaneous fluid accumulation,and upper limb edema were compared between the two groups after incision recovery.Incidence rates were retrieved and included in the database from the establishment to September 2017,Wanfang Database Resource System,Weipu Information Resource System,China Journal Net Full-text Database(China Knowledge Network)and China Biomedical Literature Database,etc.,“Cochranelibrary,PubMed,EMbase,Joanna Briggs Institue Library,Elsevier Science Direct,Springer Link,RNAO” and other databases,randomized controlled trials on the survival rate of premenopausal women with breast cancer at different periods of the menstrual cycle,screening and quality assessment of literature by inclusion and exclusion criteria.Revman5.3 software for meta analysis.Results:Retrospective data analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with luteal phase breast cancer was better than that of patients with follicular phase surgery,and there were few complications.Literature search included 6 articles that met the standard.Meta analysis showed that the luteal phase and follicular phase In comparison,the 3-year and 5-year survival rates were higher in patients after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Premenopausal breast cancer patients choose luteal surgery,the prognosis is better than follicular surgery.2.Premenopausal breast cancer patients who choose luteal phase surgery can significantly improve the survival rate after 3 years and 5 years.3.According to the menstrual cycle to choose the timing of breast cancer surgery,it has guiding significance for the treatment of patients.
