Essential hypertension is a cardiovascular syndrome with elevated systemic arterial pressure as the main clinical manifestation, usually referred to as hypertension.Hypertension often coexists with other cardiovascular disease risk factors and is an important cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk factor. The rejuvenation of hypertension and large urbanization are important new features of this disease in recent years. With the increasing work pressure and irregular lifestyle habits of modern urban residents, the peak of hypertension has ushered in.Especially in the first-tier central cities, the main urban area often has a large area(mainly the old urban area or suburban county),which is mainly composed of migrant workers and non-residents from outside the country. The number has already occupied a majority compared to local residents.Although it is located in the urban area of the city,it belongs to a new type of urban-rural junction, which develops slowly but has a large population. As residents in these areas are mainly engaged in relatively low-end and stressful work, they can easily become high-risk areas. This research takes the Majiapu community in Beijing as the research object.According to the specific situation of hypertension patients in the community,it uses the patient file data of the Majiapu Community Health Service Center, the questionnaires in the community, and interviews as the research blueprint. The data are analyzed and summarized in detail to study the identity differences of hypertension patients in the Majiapu community, establish a label for pathogenic hypertension. We find find that the characteristics of hypertension in the elderly in the Majiabao community are basically the same as those in the country. But there are significant differences among young and middle-aged people.Specifically, the incidence of non-Beijing registered population is higher than that of Beijing, and the incidence of human rights of renting is higher than that of people who own their own homes. With the increasing of education and income, the incidence has an invertedU-shaped relationship. The employment characteristics of the population are typical in the Majiapu community. The migrant population is mainly concentrated in IT,catering services and industrial manufacturing services. These people are also an important group for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. In addition, this article also found that family marital status and demographic characteristics are also related to the prevalence of hypertension.Based on this, this research proposes corresponding management, treatment and prevention strategies. This article's research on the identity of hypertension patients in the urban-rural junction of the metropolis can make targeted treatment plans and strategies based on individual characteristics, which can more effectively solve the problem of treatment and prevention of hypertension patients in the Majiapu community. At the same time, the research in this article also provides valuable reference for the upgrade of medical and health services in other cities and other provinces.
