Investigation Of Renal Ultrasonography In Han Population In Yongsheng Area,Yunnan

Objective:To investigate the status of renal diseases in the Han population of Yongsheng,Yunnan,and to analyze the risk of kidney disease and the common and frequently-occurring kidney stones,and to provide scientific basis prevention and treatment of kidney diseases in this area for Han population.Methods:A multi-stage stratified random sampling survey was conducted in Yongsheng County,Lijiang City,Yunnan Province.Questionnaires,physical examinations and ultrasound examinations were performed on those who met the criteria.Data was entered by Epidata 3.0 and analyzed by the SPSS 23.0 analysis software package.Single factor analysis was performed using chi-square test,and multivariate analysis was performed using unconditional logistic regression.P<0.05 indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Results:The highest prevalence of kidney disease in the region was renal cyst(7.75%),followed by kidney stones(6.50%).Univariate analysis of factors affecting kidney stones,gender,age,education level,occupation,family year Income,BMI,whether it is central obesity,whether smoking,different frequency of drinking,different frequency of physical activity,different frequency of red meat,fruits,milk and their products,whether it is necessary to use drugs to help sleep,the prevalence of kidney stones with or without hypertension and diabetes in previous medical history.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,red meat frequency,physical activity,central obesity,hypertension,and sleep(P<0.05)were the influencing factors of kidney stones in this area.Conclusions:Renal cysts and kidney stones are the two kinds of kidney diseases with the highest detection rate in the region.Kidney stones are common diseases of the urinary system,and their pathogenesis factors are complex,which is the result of various factors.In this study,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,red meat frequency,physical activity,central obesity,hypertension,and sleep(P<0.05)were the influencing factors of kidney stones in the region;The frequency of red meat diet,weight control and avoiding high-intensity physical activity to prevent the occurrence of kidney stones in the area.For the elderly in this area,men and those with high blood pressure,screening for urinary stones should be noted.
