Quality Control Method Of Tramadol Detection Insuspected Drugs By Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

Tramadol is a common psychoactive drug,which is mainly used for analgesia or antitussive.Tramadol hydrochloride tablets or capsules are mostly sold on the market.As a result of taking tramadol in large quantities will produce happiness and satisfaction.In addition,tramadol has low cost and is relatively easy to obtain,some drug addicts choose tramadol as a substitute.In the anti drug action of public security,tramadol and its metabolites have been detected from the urine of drug addicts for many times.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the standard and quality control of tramadol test method in suspected drugs.By adding internal standard SKF525A(prodipine hydrochloride)to tramadol standard and using GC-MS to carry out qualitative analysis on Tramadol standard of different concentrations,the reasonable range and characteristics of absolute retention time and relative retention time of tramadol are mainly studied in qualitative analysis The quality control was carried out by adding flour.A quantitative standard curve of tramadol was established based on the test data of tramadol standard by using GC for quantitative analysis.By adding a certain amount of flour to the standard as suspected drugs for testing,the results showed that the recovery rate of tramadol was good.SKF525A was added as the internal standard.According to the data of GC test,the quantitative analysis of tramadol produced by Shijiazhuang Ouyi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.was carried out.The internal standard and tramadol chromatographic peaks were separated normally,the peak type was symmetrical,and the test results were ideal.At the same time,tramadol standard was used as the external standard for the quantitative analysis of the above tablets,and the test results were consistent with the internal standard method.Through the above experiments,it is proved that the GC-MS method is simple,rapid and reliable for the determination of tramadol in suspected drugs,and the GC method is convenient and accurate for the quantification of tramadol in suspected drugs,which can be popularized in judicial work and provide some reference for practical application.At the same time,it can provide some data support for the establishment of the standard of tramadol gas chromatography and GC-MS.
