Efficacy Of Levonorgestrel Ntrauterine System Combined With Diane-35 In The Treatment Of Adenomyosis

Objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of placing levonoroprogesterone intrauterine sustained release system(LNG-IUS)combined with alkynyl cyclopropanone tablets(Da-35)and LNG-IUS alone in the treatment of uterine adenomyopathy.Methods:108 patients diagnosed with adenomyosis were admitted to the second affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to August 2018.It was randomly grouped into a control group using LNG-IUS alone(40 cases in Group A)and an observation group with LNG-IUS and oral Darin-35(68 cases in Group B).After one month,three months,six months,and twelve months of follow-up,the two groups were compared with dysmenorrhea,menstrual changes,uterine size changes,anemia improvement,drip bleeding time,CA-125 value changes,and dislocation.Results:According to the two groups of data were collected for analysis and found that the experimental group after placed 1 months,3 months,6 months of menstrual quantity grade,size of the uterus,hemoglobin values were better than control group(P<0.05),the experimental group 1 months,3 months after treatment dysmenorrhea score,CA-125 value superior to control group,compared two groups of numerical,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),but in the sixth month after treatment contrast differences,the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05),The number of days of intravenous bleeding in the experimental group at the first,third and sixth months after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Single placement of mirena and ethinylestradiol ciprogesterone tablets with mirena can alleviate dysmenorrhea and increased menstrual volume in patients,but the latter effect is more obvious.2.Both mirena and ethinylestradiol ciprogesterone tablets alone can reduce uterine volume,improve anemia symptoms and reduce the value of CA125,but the latter is more effective.3.Ethinylestradiol cycloprogesterone tablets has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis,which is more conducive to improving the vaginal bleeding of patients.4.The clinical effect of ethinylestradiol ciprogesterone tablets in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis is significant,but there is no significant statistical significance in improving the symptoms of deannulus.
