Clinical Application Study Of Immunity Colloidal Gold Diagnosis Test Paper For Rapid Recognition Of Parathyroid Gland During Surgery

Objective:To study the meaning of immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper for rapid recognition of parathyroid gland during surgery.Methods:Prospective investigate were launched from september 2017 to december 2018 in the department of Head and neck surgery,yunnan cancer hospital.During this period,130 patients took thyroidectomy and ramdomly selected 74 cases as experimental group(Immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method),56 cases as control group2(Conventional visual observation).Meanwhile,we collected 50 cases patients as control group1 who were performed total thyroidectomy by same team of doctors from january 2015 to january 2016.Control group1 using carbon nanotechnology detect Parathyroid glands.The results of frozen pathological examination,preoperative and postoperative blood calcium and PTH values were compared.All operations were performed by the same team of doctors.Results:In 76 cases pathologically confirmed parathyroid glands,among them 74 cases had a PTH value greater than 65pg/ml,ranging from 62.1 to 1340.6pg/ml.only2 case PTH lower than 65pg/ml.Another41 cases of non parathyroid gland PTH less than 65pg/ml.P<0.001,The difference was statistically significan.(Immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method detects parathyroid gland true positive rate(sensitivity)is 97.4%,false positive rate(misdiagnosis rate)is 0%,accuracy rate is 98.3%.Compare Immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method with carbon nanotechnology,we examined blood calcium and blood PTH at the first day after surgery.Blood calium value is(2.073±0.1667 vs 2.043±0.1666)and PTH value is(35.767±13.1590 vs 34.570±11.6201.On both values Immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method is higher than carbon nanotechnology,P>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.And Compare Immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method with conventional visual observation,we examined blood calcium and blood PTH at the first day after surgery.Blood calium value is(2.073 ±0.1667 vs 1.982 ±0.2342)and PTH value is(35.767 ±13.1590 vs 26.145±11.5149),It is obviously immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method is much higher than conventional visual observation on both values.P<0.05,The difference was statistically significantConclusion:immunity colloidal gold diagnosis test paper method can efficient and fast recognise parathyroid gland during the surgery.therefore we can keep parathyroid gland as where they are,avoid accidentally removed,or we can examine the excised specimen looking for parathyroid gland and identify it.if we confirm the parathyroid gland,instead of intraoperative frozen.it is good to perform early transplantation,shorten the operation time,Reduce surgical invasiveness.
