Objective:The expression of nucleus accumbens factor 1(nucleus accumbens-associated 1,NAC 1),forkhead box protein Q1(forkhead box Q1,FOXQ 1)was detected in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and non-cancerous tissues(distance from cancer tissue?2.5cm).To investigate the relationship between the expression of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and non-cancerous tissues and clinicopathological factors in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma. To study the role of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in the occurrence and development of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods:In this study,100 patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma diagnosed in Yunnan Cancer Hospital(the third affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University)were randomly selected. In addition, the non-cancerous tissues of the same patients were selected as control.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in cancerous and non-cancerous tissues. The relationship between the expression of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and pathological factors such as TNM stage, molecular classification, histological grade, tumor size(visible to the naked eye),age and lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results:The positive rates of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in cancerous tissues were 67.0%and 80.0%,respectively,and the positive rates in non-cancerous tissues were 42.0%and 22.0%,respectively.the expression rate in cancerous tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cancerous tissues. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001,P<0.001).The positive rates of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 were 62.7%and 80.7%in<60 years old,88.2%and 76.5%in?60 years old,and the expression of NAC 1 in people over 60 years old was significantly higher than that in<60 years old.The difference of NAC-1 in age group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.041),but there was no significant difference in FOXQ-1 in the age group. The positive rates of NAC-1 in TNM stage ?,? and ? were 45.5%,74.5%and 70.4%,respectively(P<0.048).The positive rates of FOXQ-1 in TNM stage ?,? and ?were 63.6%,78.4%and 96.3%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the expression of NAC-1,FOXQ-1 and tumor size, histology grade and molecular classification. In addition, there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast(r=0.380,P<0.000).Conclusion:1.The expression of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma was higher than that in non-carcinoma tissue.2.NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 expression in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis than without transfer of patients, and increased with the rising of expression with TNM staging,in NAC-1>in expression is higher than 60 patients<60 years old patients of expression,However, there was no statistical significance between the two expressions and tumor size,WHO classification and molecular typing,it is suggested that the occurrence and metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast may be related to the high expression of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1.3.The expression levels of NAC-1 and FOXQ-1 are closely correlated in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast, suggesting that they may play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.
