Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Sargentodoxa Cuneata And Helvella Leucopus

In this paper,Sargentodoxa cuneata and Helvella leucopus were used as materials to systematically isolated and purified by various separation methods and techniques.Finally,The structure of the separated compounds was identified by spectral analysis.Some conclusions were obtained:1.Study on the chemical constituents of Sargentodoxa cuneataThere were 21 compounds isolated and identified from methanol extract of Sargentodoxa cuneata,using a variety of separation methods and combining with modern chromat-ographic spectrum technique.These compounds were epicatechin(1),Procyanidin B-2(2),Quercetin(3),(-)-lyoniresinol-9'-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(4),3(3-20S-dihydro-xytaraxastane(5),Sennoside A(6),N-trans-p-coumaroyl-tyramine(7),4-hydroxyphenyl-ethyl-6-O-(E)-caffeoyl-?-D-glucoside,cuneasideA(9),Sargentol(10),Chlorogenic acid(11),3,4-dihydroxy-phenylethanol-glucoside(12),2-(4-hydr oxyphenyl)ethyl-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(13),Protocatechuic acid(14),3,5-O-dimethylgallic acid(15),Resorcinol(16),?-sitosterol(17),?-sitosterol palmitate(18),?-sitosterol-3-O-?-D-glycoside(19),Octadecanoic acid(20)and N-nonanemercaptan(21).Among them,compounds 3,5,6,7,13,16,18,19,20 and 21 were first isolated from the Sargentodoxa cuneata,enriching the understanding of the chemical composition of the medicinal material.2.Study on the chemical constituents of Helvella leucopusSeven compounds were isolated and identified from 75%ethanol extract of Helvella leucopus by a variety of separation methods combining with modern chromat-ographic and spectrum technique.These compounds were Ergosta-5,22-dien-3?-olnracil(1),Benzoic acid(2),Hibityl-2,3-diketo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethyl-quinox-aline(3),Hypoxanthine(4),D-allitol(5),Nracil(6)and Fuconic acid(7).These seven compounds were isolated from Helvella leucopus for the first time,the first small molecule isolated from Helvella leucopus,is also the first report on the chemical composition of Helvella leucopus...
