Objective:Through literature research and questionnaires,this study investigates the current situation of teaching in standardized resident training and its related influencing factors.To understand the current situation of teaching and identify the factors that affects the quality of teachers' teaching.In view of the problems found,this study put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching staff,which can provide reference for further improving the quality of teaching staff and strengthening the management of standardized training of hospital residents.Methods:This study takes one Three Grade A Hospital,one of the first batch of national resident standardization training bases,as the research subject,and takes the teachers and staff as the research object.Through the relevant literature research and expert consultation,the questionnaire of resident standardization training teachers and the standardization of resident doctors are formulated.Training teachers related personnel questionnaire,and carried out a comprehensive survey.To understand the current situation of teaching and to identify the factors those affect the teaching quality and the degree of influence.SPSS 17.0 and Excel software were used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaires.The constituent ratio,t test and so on were used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)A total of 525 questionnaires were distributed,including 210 teachers,260 trainees,50 managers of professional bases and 5 managers of resident standardized training bases.A total of 525 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 100%.(2)Statistical analysis found that the teachers in this survey were mainly 30-40 years old,master's degree and attending physician,and all of them participated in teacher training.(3)The teachers themselves(self-evaluation)and the teachers'related personnel(other evaluation)scored the teaching ability respectively.General evaluation,professional ability evaluation,teaching ability evaluation,scientific research ability evaluation,and professional quality evaluation,interpersonal coordination ability average score self-evaluation is significantly higher than others.The results of t test were P<0.05 and the differences were statistically significant.(4)The factors that have a serious impact on the teaching process are:the working attitude of the teachers,the medical professional ability of the teachers,the teaching ability of the teachers,the enthusiasm of the students.Conclusion:The basic situation of the teachers is the echelon of teachers with sustainable development.Teachers' abilities vary from good to bad,some teachers'teaching consciousness is neglected,their basic teaching skills are weak,their teaching innovation ability is poor,and their teaching objects are not clear.Teachers' working attitude,medical professional ability,teaching ability,and students' learning enthusiasm have a serious impact on the teaching process.The other factors have an impact on the teaching process,but the degree of impact is different.Aiming at the problems found,specific measures to improve the teaching situation of teachers are put forward.(1)We should improve the regulations for the management of teachers and formulate strict admission mechanism for teachers.(2)We should strictly supervise the examination and management of teachers and innovate the incentive mechanism.(3)We should strengthen teacher training and raise the level of teaching.(4)Improving teaching concept and establishing the sense of respecting teachers and emphasizing education(5)Reforming teaching methods and improving students' learning enthusiasm.(6)We should strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and cultivate "three ability"talents.
