Background:Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)will suffer from core symptoms and comorbidities and severely impair social functions. They often show lack of patience, poor control, impulsive behavior, and noncompliance with social systems in interpersonal communication.Stubborn, easy to lose control of emotions, and highly destructive, seriously affecting the children's academics, life, family and so on.The pathogenesis of ADHD is unclear, but ADHD is currently considered to be a syndrome caused by multiple factors acting alone or in combination. At present, the main treatment methods for ADHD are drugs,psycho-behavioral therapy, and biofeedback therapy.Among them, drug therapy is the first choice.Drug treatment is simple and quick to take effect.About 70% of patients have achieved significant results after taking the drug treatment.Effective drug treatment can not only improve core symptoms of ADHD,but also improve patients' cognitive function.Methylphenidate(MPH)is widely used in China.Methylphenidate has a wide range of effects, which can not only improve symptoms, but also improve attentional learning and social activities. However, relevant clinical trials have shown that children with ADHD who take methylphenidate for a long time can have many adverse reactions, such as appetite suppression, sleep disorders, and even drug dependence.A large number of non-control experiments have reported that aripiprazole improves ADHD symptoms and that aripiprazole has no serious adverse reactions. Objective: To observe the clinical manifestations of patients before and after treatment, and to evaluate the effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of ADHD in children, and to provide more effective, safe and relatively inexpensive drugs for clinical treatment of ADHD in children. Methods: Twenty-two children aged 6 to 14 years old who met the children's psychiatry clinic of Dalian Seventh People's Hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were eligible for DSM-5 ADHD.Parents of children before and after treatment need to complete Swanson,Nolanand Pelham,Version IV Scale(SNAP-IV)parent questionnaire, recording the values of each factor. The enrolled children were randomly divided into two groups(1: 1),one group was treated with Aripiprazole(Abilify),and the other group was treated with Methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. Two months is a course of treatment.Observe changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:Based on the status of the symptoms, the ratio between the group and the group is P<0.01,the ratio of the group is P<0.01,and the statistical statistics is based on the explanation of the status of the group.,Robustness rate 72.7%,group comparison result P>0.05,disabled statistics statistical difference, group comparison non-significant difference;treatment non-concentration,hyperactivity,opposite direction, dual 4 weeks before and after the treatment of tissue disorders SNAP-? Comparison of differences in concentration, comparison of differences in attention deficit symptom P<0.01,difference in the presence of tissues, hyperactivity, opposite contrast difference P>0.05,Non-existence of organization. Before and after treatment of both groups,8 laps before and after treatment SNAP-? Difference in concentration,Attention deficit,Hyperactivity,Opposite anti-difference P>0.05,Non-existence difference between groups.Concentration in medical care attention,hyperactivity,counter-opposite direction, categorical relationship between the group and the group,P>0.05,non-significant difference between groups.Eleven cases were reportedly affected, and one was present, and one was present, and there was a symptom of all symptoms. In the present study,3 cases appeared, compared with appetite, decreased appetite,1 case appeared, gastrointestinal tract reaction,symptom-predominant patients and their paternal reception. Conclusion: This study compared the effectiveness of taking aripiprazole(Anlvfan)and methylphenidate(Focused)in children with ADHD.In the 8-week study, the overall efficacy,SNAP-? total score showed ADHD patients Children taking aripiprazole have obvious therapeutic effects, and the therapeutic effect is equivalent to methylphenidate;in terms of single group symptoms, aripiprazole has therapeutic effects in improving symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, and oppositional defiance.,And the therapeutic effect is comparable to methylphenidate, but methylphenidate has a faster effect than aripiprazole in the treatment of inattention;in other respects, the adverse reactions of aripiprazole are relatively less than methylphenidate, safety,Compliance and price are better than methylphenidate.
