Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide suspension atomized inhalation combined with oral montelukast sodium in children with chest tightness variant asthma?CTVA?.Methods The research subjects were thirty children who were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from September 2018 to September 2019.The children who were excluded from pulmonary infection, cardiovascular and digestive diseases were diagnosed with chest tightness as the main complaint. At the initial diagnosis, all the children completed pulmonary function tests and chest tightness scores?r-ACQ?.They were also routinely treated with budesonide suspension and montelukast sodium and had further consultation after treatment in 2-4 weeks. It aimed at the differences between the main indicators of pulmonary function before and after the treatment of children.Such as,1 second forced expiratory volume?FEV1?,rate of 1second?FEV1/FVC%?,maximum expiratory flow rate?PEF?,peak expiratory flow rates at forced expiratory lung capacity of 25%,50%,and 75%(FEF25,FEF50,FEF75);maximum expiratory flow rate?MMEF?.Then,F test was performed between groups, and the clinical symptom remission,r ACQ score and adverse reactions were followed up.Results After treatment,5 children with CTVA had good control of chest tightness,23 had partial control and 2 had no control, and the total remission rate was about 93.3%;and the r-ACQ score of children after treatment was lower than that before treatment, which was consistent with the remission of clinical symptoms. After 2-4 weeks of treatment, the lung function indexes of the children were compared with those before treatment,respectively,FEV1?F=3.623,P=0.031?,FEV1/FVC?F=3.188,P=0.046?,PEF?F=4.506,P=0.014?,FEF25?F=8.518,P=0.000?,FEF50?F=9.794,P=0.000?,FEF75?F=8.736,P=0.000?,and MMEF?F=8.923,P=0.000?,and the differences between groups were statistically significantthe?P<0.05?.During the treatment,1 child had pharyngeal discomfort, and no other adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion After 2-4 weeks of application of budesonide suspension combined with montelustra sodium,it effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with CTVA.Firstly, the frequency of onset of symptoms of chest distress in children is less than before, and the duration of onset is shorter than before.Secondly, the decrease of quantified symptom score of chest distress is also consistent with the clinical control. After the standard medication of budesonide suspension combining with montelukast sodium, the children had not seen any obvious adverse reactions.
