Objective:To detect the differences in the expression of Leptin ki-67 in tumor tissues of Locally Advanced Brest Cancer(LABC)patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and to explore and analyze the correlation between the expression of the two molecules and the effective rate of LABC and neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:180 patients with LABC diagnosed in jining first people's hospital from August 2017 to November 2019(clinical stage?B??C??A??B??C)were enrolled in this study.The selected LABC patients were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer(TEC:TXT:75mg/m~2+EPI:75mg/m~2+CTX:500mg/m~2)was applied to selected patients with locally advanced breast cancer for 6 courses,or EC-T:EPI:75~100Mg/m~2+CTX:600mg/m~2),use more than the west after the four course(TXT:75~100 mg/m~2)21 days of the two plans are for a period of treatment,each cycle of chemotherapy are given at the same time corresponding treatment such as anti-nausea protecting liver,complete six cycles of chemotherapy after evaluating the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,surgery effective end of chemotherapy for three weeks,no effective one weeks immediately line surgery determined according to the effect of chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer or breast modified radical respectively using immunohistochemical SP method detection of breast cancer radical coarse needle puncture and after the operation organizations of Leptin expression level of Ki-67.The positive expression levels of both before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were compared,and the relationship between them and the effective rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was analyzed by statistical software.Results:The positive expression rates of leptin protein and ki-67were 62.22%and 75.56%,respectively,in the breast cancer tissues of 180patients before NAC,and were 46.67%and 44.44%,respectively,in the breast cancer tissues after surgical resection Results of neoadjuvant chemotherapy:8 LABC patients(4.44%)received pCR,30 LABC patients(16.67%)received cCR,102 LABC patients(56.67%)received PR,36 LABC patients(20.00%)received SD,and 4 LABC patients(2.22%)received PD.The total effective rate(OR=CR+PR)=77.78%.And protein in patients with positive expression of leptin and Ki-67,respectively,the leptin and Ki-67 protein negative patients are more likely to the occurrence of metastasis to the lymph nodes,were statistically significant(P<0.05),leptin and Ki-67 expression level and tumor size was significantly positively related to leptin in patients with breast cancer before NAC proteins in patients with high expression of Ki-67 for NAC efficient are higher,and leptin protein in patients with low expression of Ki-67 compared with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Before NAC,Leptin and ki-67 protein expression showed a significantly positive correlation(rs=0.439,P=0.000),and after NAC,Leptin and ki-67 protein expression also showed a significantly positive correlation(rs=0.335,P=0.000).The expression level of Leptin ki-67 in LABC patients after NAC decreased compared with that before chemotherapy,and the chemotherapy response rate of patients with decreased Leptin and ki-67 protein expression after chemotherapy was higher than that of patients without decreased chemotherapy,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of leptin and ki-67 before chemotherapy was related to the size of tumor and the expression state of lymph nodes.The expression levels of leptin and ki-67 decreased after NAC treatment in LABC patients.The expression levels of leptin and ki-67proteins in LABC patients before and after NAC treatment and their changes were related to the efficacy of NAC treatment.There was a positive correlation between the high expression of Leptin and ki-67protein before and after NAC.
