Objective:Based on the pulse chart instrument, the pulse pattern characteristics of elderly OA patients are discussed and analyzed. It is expected that the characteristics of pulse patterns of elderly OA patients will be revealed initially, which will provide objective basis for the dialectical treatment and health management of elderly OA.Method:This project is mainly based on observational research.Collected from January 2019 to July 2019,at the Wujing Subdistrict Community Health Service Center in Guandu District,Kunming City(Gangshun Kui Grassroots Expert Work Station, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine)The management objects of the "National Public Health Project 65 years old and older Chinese medicine health management project" who participated in the 2019 physical examination, randomly selected OA patients(observation group)and non-OA concurrent physical examination patients(control group),217 each example. All participants used the tongue-facial vein information collection constitution recognition system(model:DS01-A)produced by Shanghai Daosheng Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.to detect and extract the left-hand pulse map information. The collected data was set up as a database with Excel software, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software to explore and analyze the pulse characteristics of elderly OA patients.Result:1.Comparison of pulse map parameters between the observation group and the control group:Compared with the control group, the observation group had more heavy pulse positions, lower pulse potential, and flat deficiency. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulse pattern parameter h1 was lower than the control group and t1 was higher than the control group. The scientific meaning(P<0.05),the parameters of the residual pulse chart h3,h4,h5,t4,t5,W,and the chord coefficient w/t,tension coefficient h3/h1,resistance coefficient h4/h1,elastic coefficient h5/h1 there were no significant differences between the two.2.Comparison of pulse map parameters of different syndromes in the observation group:Kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency syndrome: The amplitude index h5 and elasticity coefficient h5/h1 are lower than the values of h5 and h5/h1 of yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome and blood stasis blockage, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Yang Deficiency and Cold Condensation Syndrome: The amplitude index h5 and the elasticity coefficient h5/h1 are significantly lower than the h5 and h5/h1 values of the blood stasis syndrome, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood stasis syndrome: The amplitude index h5 and elastic coefficient h5/h1 are significantly higher than the other two syndromes h5 and h5/h1,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.There are differences in pulse diagram parameters between elderly osteoarthritis patients and non-osteoarthritis elderly patients. The pulse position of elderly osteoarthritis patients is heavy, the pulse is low and flat, and the pulse diagram parameter h1 is lower than that of non-osteoarthritis elderly,t1 is higher than Non-osteoarthritis elderly;2.The pulse index amplitude index h5 and elasticity coefficient h5/h1 of blood stasis block syndrome are higher than those of kidney deficiency syndrome and yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome. The greater the probability of dialectic stasis syndrome, the greater the analysis.Pulse map analysis can provide a certain objective basis to guide the classification of TCM syndromes of osteoarthritis.
