Objective To preliminarily explore the effect of Guo Shi Kubai Fang on neovascularization and expression of VEGF in the wound after anal fistula operation,so as to provide certain basis and support for the clinical application and popularization of this prescription. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(60 cases each),complete 106 cases, observation group(54 cases),control group(52 cases),all patients underwent anal fistula resection, observation group was fumigated with Guo Shi Kubai Fang sitz bath, control group was diluted with potassium permanganate external tablets after sitz bath, observe and record all patients with perianal itch, eczema and other adverse reactions, record the 7th,14th and 21st days after surgery. The wound pain and granulation score during dressing change, the number of new capillaries in the wound were observed under the microscope on the 7th and 14th days after surgery, the expression of VEGF in the wound was detected, and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed, the wound healing time was recorded, and the postoperative anal contraction function of the patients was evaluated. Results The VAS scores of wound pain on the 7th and 14th days after the dressing change in the observation group were(2.78±0.49)and(1.79±0.36),which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score at day was similar(P>0.05);the granulation scores of patients in the observation group on the 7th,14th,and 21th days after operation were(1.52±0.51),(0.98±0.44),and(0.57±0.23),which were lower than those of the control Group(P<0.05);the number of capillaries under microscope on the 7th and 14th days of the observation group were(32.78±8.72)and(97.04±11.58),which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The positive expression of VEGF on the 7th and 14th days of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,no adverse reactions such as perianal eczema occurred, and 1 case occurred in the control group. There was no statistics in the two groups.51 cases were cured in the observation group,3 cases were improved,49 cases were cured in the control group, and 3 cases were improved. The total effective rate of both groups was 100%(P>0.05).Among the cured patients, the wound healing time in the observation group was(24.72±3.89)days,less than the control group(P<0.05),and Wexner scores were(1.99±0.38)and(2.13±0.47),respectively,without statistics Different(P>0.05).Conclusion Guo Shi Kubai Fang can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with anal fistula, increase the expression intensity of VEGF in wounds, increase the number of capillaries in the wound, promote the formation of new blood vessels in the wound, and help the growth of granulation tissue, thereby achieving faster postoperative wound repair and faster The purpose of rehabilitation, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.
