Objective:At present,with the improvement of national fitness awareness,the number of patients with various types of sports-related injuries,especially anterior cruciate ligament injuries,has increased year by year,and the number of patients with degeneration of bones and joints has gradually increased.The importance of the construction of a big data-based support platform for the promotion of homogeneous prevention of osteoarthritis degenerative patients at all levels of hospitals has become increasingly important.However,the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)damage is currently based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MR),and its high price and dependence on film-reading experience make this method difficult to generalize,and common methods of inspection also have various defects.Finding easy replacement,cheap price,easy Quantitative rapid screening methods have become a major challenge for clinicians.This article compares the Lachman test with an analysis of sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy,ROC curve,AUC and Jordan index.In order to explore the diagnostic value of Telos stress device for anterior cruciate ligament rupture,in order to quickly Examining and quantifying indicators provides a new idea.Clinical data: A total of 30 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture and concurrent surgery diagnosed in the third department of orthopedics from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected.29.3 ± 6.14 years old,25 males(83.33%)and 5 females(16.67%).Inclusion criteria:(1)patients diagnosed with anterior cruciate ligament injury based on clinical examination and planning to undergo knee arthroscopy.(2)not Patients with other ligament injuries.(3)Patients without combined fractures or bony structural defects.(4)No previous knee surgery history.Research method: The selected patients were photographed in pure lateral position using the Telos stress device before surgery.Knee joint stress position,method:The patient is lying in the lateral position,using the Telos device to help fix the knee joint at the knee flexion position of 30 °,keeping the limb in the neutral position,and the contralateral limb in the knee flexion and hip flexion position,in front of the affected limb.The projecting direction is from the inside to the outside,and the distance between the tube and the knee joint is about 1 meter.Adjust the direction of the tube to take a pure lateral image.Then,from the back to the front of the tibial tubercle level(6cm below the knee joint)a 15 kg(da N)stress was applied to the tibia,and a pure lateral image was taken.Lahman test on the knee joint,using the results of 3.0T MR radiographs and arthroscopic exploration of the anterior cruciate ligament of the affected knee joint as the gold standard.Finally,the statistical method was used to calculate and compare the displacement of the stress image under the Telos stress device over 5mm and 10 mm.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of the stress potential image under the Telos stress device and the Lachman test when the positive standard is used,and the ROC curve and Jordan index of the stress potential image under the Telos stress device are calculated.When the stress bit image displacement value is 5mm and above as a positive index,the sensitivity of the stress bit image under the Telos stress device is 73.33%,the specificity is 86.67%,the positive predictive value is 84.62%,the negative predictive value is76.47%,and the accuracy 80.00%.When the displacement value of the stress bit image is 10 mm or more as a positive index,the sensitivity of the stress bit image under the Telos stress device is 56.67%,the specificity is 100%,the positive predictive value is100%,and the negative predictive value is 71.43%.The accuracy is 78.33%.The AUC of?the ROC curve of the stress profile under the Telos stress device is 0.895,the maximum Jordanian index is 0.667,and the corresponding displacement is 4.25 mm.Conclusion: The Telos stress device has a certain degree when used to diagnose anterior cruciate ligament fracture consultation value,the diagnostic value is higher than the Lachman test.
