| Objective:Detecting the expression of ZFAS1 in ovarian cancer cells and ovarian cancer tissues,to analyze the correlation between the expression of ZFAS1 and the clinicopathological data of ovarian cancer,such as age,metastasis,tumor size,pathological grade and FIGO stage,and evaluate its diagnostic value for ovarian cancer.Methods:(1)Ovarian cancer tissues were collected from 20 patients with ovarian cancer and related case data were recorded.quantitative Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of ZFAS1 in the tissues of patients,and to statistically analyze the relationship between the expression of ZFAS1 and the characteristics of clinical cases of patients.and the significance of ZFAS1 expression in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was analyzed by ROC curve.(2)Cell culture,real-time quantitative PCR method to detect the expression level of ZFAS1 in human normal ovarian cells and ovarian cancer cell lines.Results:(1)Compared with normal tissues,the expression of ZFAS1 is significantly up-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues.(2)Compared with the human normal ovarian cell,the expression of ZFAS1 is significantly increased in SKOV3 and A2780 cell lines.(3)The relative expression ofZFAS1 is significantly related to the tumor pathological grade,metastasis and FIGO stage of ovarian cancer patients,and has certain auxiliary efficacy for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Conclusion:ZFAS1 is upregulated in ovarian cancer cells,tissues,and the expression level of ZFAS1 is significantly related to the pathological grade,metastasis and FIGO stage of ovarian cancer patients,it also has certain value for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. |
